Please forward your results to Rhiannon so she can keep our points scores up to date as it is very challenging to allocate everything at the end of the year. As a committee we always encourage out members to contribute and have your say, don’t just leave it to us or we start to do the same old things that we know.
President Well, we are about to start normality (we hope). We start this year with our first meeting face to face Friday 12th February at the Manningham in Bulleen. I am personally looking forward to seeing as many of you that can get there to say hello. I would like to thank Jan for getting the first club event for the year up and going, it was a pity that I was not able to get there due to finally getting a job and was rostered to work that day, but from what Keith told me it was a very enjoyable day catching up with friends in the park for a sausage and chat. Just in case you missed it, we have a CLUB MEETING on FRIDAY 12th FEBRUARY at 8.15pm. Please note that you will find elsewhere in this magazine the club championship calendar for the 2021 competition season, so pick your events you want now, get your time off from work and the family and go out and enjoy yourself again. Of course, if you have any ideas for activities etc please come forward and mention it to a committee member. Looking forward to seeing lots of you on Friday 12th February at our first CLUB MEETING for some time. Bring a buddy to the meeting for travel company.

Secretary Hi Everyone, This is the first magazine for the year 2021, lets hope we have a great year. What a year it was last year, 2020 is now in the history books as the worst year ever. We are finally allowed to meet up again as a Club. The Club’s first meeting will be on the 12th February at the Manningham Club starting at 8.00pm. Please come along so we can get to know each other again. I will be running a raffle on the night with some lovely prizes. Tickets are only $1.00 each. This year we hope that things return to some kind of normality and we can get together as usual every month.
Our magazine is complied and issued on a monthly basis, so please if you have any articles, photos, or even a for sale, please send it through to our Editor, Mason. I know he would love to have articles from members in every issue of the magazine. There are lots of events coming up so check out the calendar and choose your favourite and enter as soon as entries open. Motorsport Australia is moving licences to “on line” so you will no longer be issued with a card. This means that Event Secretaries and Directors will be using the Motorsport Australia portal for instant verification of licence validity. Best make sure you renew your licence when it is due. Well, I hope to see lots of you on the 12th February
Treasurer Well, welcome to a new year that should be a better one that has just passed. Lots of lockdowns, 10 weeks of no work, some weeks with some work and a few headaches on the SSS project. The current financial position is $35300.58 in the bank, thanks largely to Valley Stages running in 2020. Still to receive some sponsors monies, all in all, a very well run event and profitable to date. Congratulations to all who participated as a competitor or official. Our member base seems to be increasing as well and many thanks to new members and old rejoining members. I have had the accounts audited and another very good year at the financial helm. I am looking forward to an increase in participation and more lifting of restrictions to enable our sport to happen.

If you’ve got an interesting story to tell or something (constructive and polite!) to say, send me an email. Off to film Targa High Country in about a week time, might be a write up in it for you tarmac rally guys! That’s all from me!

Rally **Words by Mason** The rallying calendar kicks off on the 20th of February with the George Woods Intro rally, followed a week later by the Rally Reto Festival. The VRC and VCRS seasons kick off on the 20th of March at Mitta Mitta. The calendar is at the front of the magazine as well as at the link below.

Motorkhana Hi Guys I hope you are all well and healthy, ready for a year of fun and freedom. We haven’t officially started our years events off yet but have had a practice/come and try day run already. As I understand it all went well. Officially the NCCA khana championship round one will be on the 13 of Feb at Werribee as a twilight event run by HSCCV. The NCCA championship will consist of all the group 5 scored events as attached(this obviously does not include the practice/come and try events) You guys should come along for some fun See you soon
