7.0 Admin Dashboard - Service Desk If you have an idea for new functionality on the VOICE website or you notice something isn’t quite right, please use the Service Desk function to log a ticket. Click on the Service Desk button, select whether the item you are reporting is a bug, an improvement or a new idea and provide the details. You can attach a screenshot or further documentation to provide further information. Enter your email address and press send. This will be sent to our web developers to review.
