7.0 Admin Dashboard - Service Desk
If you have an idea for new functionality on the VOICE website or you notice something isn’t quite right, please use the Service Desk function to log a ticket. Click on the Service Desk button, select whether the item you are reporting is a bug, an improvement or a new idea and provide the details. You can attach a screenshot or further documentation to provide further information. Enter your email address and press send. This will be sent to our web developers to review.
VOICE’s digital platform meant we could complement our face-to-face workshop with online discussions and surveys, and involve a much greater number of people from across the UK than we’ve ever been able to previously.
