PGSU annual parting social held

DIMAPUR: Kohima Bible College (KBC) held its graduation day on May 31, wherein 40 from the Bachelor of Theology class and 35 from the Master of Divinity class graduated. Addressing the graduates, senior pastor NCRC (Sumi) Rev. Dr. Shiwoto Assumi urged the graduates to go out and spread the Word of God and serve as faithful workman in a presentable way before God. Encouraging the graduates, he recalled his foundational journeys and the fond memories at Kohima Bible College in the year 1972 and how the Lord had enabled him to grow in His grace. Principal, Rev Zotuo Kiewhou conferred and awarded the degrees to the class of 2016 while president Abeiü Neihulie presented the special awards. Vebu Khamo from the Master of Divinity and Akhonuo from the Bachelor of Theology received academic achievement awards. Keeping its objectives in training the students to be relevant and empowered in the anointing, the graduates along with the remaining students are currently on seven-day fasting and prayer taking special sessions on “healing and deliverance ministry”.

DIMAPUR: Administration of Niuland, with the assistance of Health and Family Welfare Department, Dimapur, conducted free medical camp at Aghunaqa EAC headquarter on May 28 for the public of Aghunaqa Sub-Division covering 37 villages. A team of doctors including gynaecologists, ENT specialists, Eye, Dental, child specialists, orthopaedics, CMO 32 AR, para medical staff, and CRPF rendered their services during the camp in which more than 433 residents’ availed free check up and medicines. Earlier, the programme was chaired by EAC Aghunaqa, Kikato K. Chishi. Invocation was delivered by pastor, Hukhai Baptist Church, Keyivi Katty. During the program, short speeches were delivered by ADC Niuland, V. Lovitoly Sema and CMO Dimapur, Dr. Anatoly Swu.

Zeliang at his residence at Kohima and congratulated him for successful completion of two years in office and declared their “resolute support”. According to CMO media cell, the delegation led by NPF division chairman, Moasangba Jamir was fully “convinced” that Zeliang would lead the state beyond 2018.
