Foreword Welcome to the first edition of Multiplex Moments - an internal newsletter that aims to keep everyone in the business up to date with what is going on within the company, our people, and our projects. With 2024 underway, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past year and the pivotal role that you all played in getting Multiplex to the positive position we’re currently in the market. We successfully secured 9 projects, obtained 7 new clients, and retained 3 - I am extremely proud of these efforts and as we continue into this year, our primary objectives revolve around fostering controlled growth, maintaining consistency, and fortifying resilience. Our aim is to cultivate a robust portfolio, taking us as far forward as 2028. We’ve got an exciting year ahead, and I’m pleased to announce that we are expanding our portfolio to include life sciences and data centres. Adding these sectors to our portfolio represents meaningful progress for us as a company. We have recently been appointed in an advisory capacity on one data centre and life sciences project and we hope to build upon the work we have done to date. This all bodes well for a very exciting future, allowing us to build on the strong foundation you have created over the past number of years. Callum Tuckett Managing Director
