Claire Droegemeier as JoJo
Claire is thrilled to be playing JoJo in Seussical Jr. for her MTWichita debut! When she’s not acting, singing, or dancing, Claire enjoys playing piano, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
Lucas Grief as Horton
Lucas is a 14-year-old, homeschooled freshman. He has been performing on stage since he was 8 years old. He, most recently, played Buddy in Elf the Musical with CPTheatre. Playing the role of Horton is a “bucket list” role, as he played JoJo with CPTheatre in 2019. His favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:31.
Goldie Lane as Mayzie
Goldie is so excited to play Mayzie in MTWichita's production of Seussical Jr.! Her most recent role was Cyndi Gibson in Andover Central High School’s Back To The 80’s. She would like to thank her family, friends, and her voice teacher for all the support.
Niomi Ndirangu as Gertrude
Niomi is ecstatic to be in Seussical Jr. as Gertrude McFuzz. She is involved in Theater, Encore, KAY (President), NHS (Board Member). She is most known for her title as Miss Kansas’ Outstanding Teen. This is her 3rd show with MTWichita and enjoys volunteering, traveling, and performing.
McKayla Stacey as Sour Kangaroo

Blair is a 5th grader at Horace Mann. This is her third MTWichita show. Her favorite roles are Young Elsa in Frozen Jr. and Dodger in Oliver Jr. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, speaking Spanish with her dad, and singing and dancing with her mom. Enjoy the show!
Clara Stover-Brown as Mrs. Mayor
Clara is super excited to be in another MTW/MTYP production! She has been in 5 of its shows including The SpongeBob Musical as Sandy Cheeks! Clara is a freshman at Maize South High School. She wants to thank her family and amazing vocal coach Injoy Fountain for their continuous support!
Daniel Kinnane as Mr. Mayor
Daniel is a sophomore at Andover High School and participates in track, swimming, cross country, and theatre. He is a church counselor for Eastminster church. His favorite thing to do is sing songs from musicals.
Addi Rains
Addi Rains is in eighth grade at Moundridge Middle School. Addi is excited to be a part of her third show with MTW/MTYP. At Moundridge, Addi participates in Choir, Band, Quiz Bowl, and Student Council. Addi hopes you enjoy your trip to the magical world of Suess!
Montana Roberts
Montana is excited to be in his 5th MTWichita show and his first year in the Rising Stars Youth Ensemble. He was seen recently in the 2022 LIVE Holiday Special. He attends school in Valley Center, loves playing video games, and has turned an entire room into a LEGO city.

This is far from Camden's first show, but the first one where she's been a villain. Previously, she's been the lead in The Phantom Tollbooth, as well as Patchy in The SpongeBob Musical! Props to Stephanie Shelden, her voice teacher! Enjoy your trip into the Jungle of Nool!
Lexye Collins as Cat
Lexye is thrilled to be playing Cat! This is a bittersweet show, as Seussical Jr. is her last show with MTYP. Bailey is excited to be in Seussical Jr. This is her first show with MTWichita! She is a 5th grader at Circle Greenwich Elementary. She loves being with her friends, playing soccer, and doing art.
Barron Dyer
Barron is excited to be in his first show with MTWichita. Barron is a 5th grader at St. Mark. He recently performed with Andale High School Theatre in Seussical (Wickersham Brother) and Beauty and the Beast Jr. (Maurice). Barron enjoys taking hip-hop and tap at Encore! Dance Studios.

The stage is where Brielle loves to be. Her love for the stage started at the age of 2. Brielle participated in The Wizard of Oz, The LIVE Holiday Special and now Seussical Jr. with MTWichita and each show becomes her new favorite. She participated in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever with Wichita Children's Theater.

Brooklyn is a goofy freshman and is very excited about her first show with MTWichita! She enjoys hanging out with friends and tap dancing. She would love to thank all of the directors and the rest of the cast for the hard work they have put in to making this a great show.
Brooklyn Giefer
Brooklyn is a 6th Grader at St. Peter’s Catholic School. This is her second MTW/MTYP show. She enjoys singing, piano, anything creative, and hanging out with her cousins. She wants to dedicate this performance to Grams and Grandma Marilyn - two of her biggest fans. We know they are still watching from the best seat in the house.
Caroline Shire
Caroline is a 3rd grader at Christa McAuliffe Academy. She is excited about her first show with MTWichita. Caroline has been acting for 2 years. Her favorite role and show to date is Tessie in Annie. In her free time, she loves to go fishing.
Cassidy Martin
Cassidy is thrilled to be in Seussical Jr. (again!). She is an 8th grader at Eisenhower Middle School and loves being on the yearbook staff. She has been performing with MTW/MTYP for 5 years and some of her favorite shows have been Newsies, Peter Pan, The SpongeBob Musical, and of course, Seussical Jr.! Enjoy!
Charlotte Bryant
Charlotte is excited to be in another MTWichita production. She is a 4th grader at Minneha and loves gymnastics, art, writing, and singing with her sister. When Charlotte grows up, she wants to perform in Cirque du Soleil or be a costume designer.

Edith is very excited to be in Seussical Jr.! She is a second grader at Minneha who loves gymnastics, giraffes, and playing with friends. She wants to work with animals when she grows up.
Em Hodges
Em is a student at Derby North Middle School and has entertained others since they could walk. You may remember them as the “Rock and Roll” Electric Skate in SpongeBob the Musical or various roles at Wichita Children’s Theater. They would like to thank their family for being so supportive and their voice coach, Injoy Fountain, who helped get them where they are today.
Emma Stuhlsatz
Emma is excited for her first production with MTWichita! Some of her favorite roles have included Ms. Teavee (Willy Wonka Jr.), Ms. Phelps (Matilda Jr.), and Kelsi (High School Musical Jr.). When she is not on stage, she enjoys art, volleyball, and tennis. She is grateful to her friends and family for their constant support.

Kayla attends school in Maize. She is excited to be back in the theater and performing with MTWichita. She enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and family, singing, and learning different languages.

Kyndall is a third grader at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton school. She is excited to be in her third MTWichita show. Her favorite roles on stage have been Moana in Moana Jr., and Young Anna in Frozen Jr. When Kyndall is not on stage she is playing basketball, volleyball, or softball.

Millie has enjoyed this season with the Seussical Jr. cast and crew! She loves being on stage and has been in numerous local shows since kindergarten. An ideal day for Millie would be spending time with friends & family, being crafty, and doing gymnastics.

Missoni is a vibrant 3rd grader at Maize. Born a mini entertainer! This is her debut performance with Music Theatre Wichita, but she is no stranger to the stage. She plans to pursue theatre while juggling all her other heart's desires! If you ask her, "This girl's going somewhere!"

Seussical Jr. is Myla's second MTWichita show after last year’s Frozen Jr., and she is so excited to share the stage with this cast. Myla is in 3rd grade and enjoys tumbling class, singing, and baking!

Seussical Jr. is Oliver's first MTWichita show, and he is so excited. He recently discovered his love of roller coasters and thrill rides at Disney World and Universal Studios. He also loves to sing, explore the world of science, and spend time with his family and at church.
Peyton Flores
Peyton, a Valley Center West second grader, made her MTWichita debut as a Munchkin last summer. She’s so excited to join the Seussical Jr. cast. She thanks her music teacher Mrs. Jervis, Heidi, and Olivia Biever for their support and encouragement, and her little brother Ben for attending LOTS of shows.

Kristin is the Middle/High School Vocal and Musical Director at Douglass High School. She conducts the Delano Chamber Choir and the Hillside Christian Church Chancel Choir. Ben has worked on 23 Seasons of Productions with MTWichita. Some of Ben’s national credits include Programmer for the Titanic National Tour and Lighting Designer for Rob Thomas. Ben runs a Disney Travel business connecting people with their Dream vacation. He would like to thank his loving wife Emily, and their two daughters Hope and Ellie for all their support.
Jacob Locke Costume Designer
Jacob became an official staff member in 2019, but has worked in the costume shop as a stitcher since 2015 and has been part of the rentals team since 2016. Jacob enjoys immaculately clean costumes that are impeccably constructed. A Wichita native, he is passionate about art in all its forms and is proud to contribute to Wichita’s vibrant arts scene.

Meghan McGehee Stage Manager
Meghan is a graduate of Kansas State University with a major in theatre and a minor in public relations. Meghan is thrilled to be back home working for a company that was influential to her theatre education as a child! She performed as a teen in MTYP's 2012 production of Seussical! Outside of theatre, Meghan enjoys crafting, fashion, and spending time with her cat.
Liesel DeWalt Production Assistant
Liesel DeWalt is excited to be Production Assistant for Seussical Jr. She has been in many MTYP shows herself and continues her vocal and theatrical training at Butler Community College! She performed in the MTWichita LIVE Holiday Special with the Butler Headliners. Liesel wants to thank the staff for giving her this opportunity. Break legs, everybody!
Kimberly Loya-Enriquez Props Master
Kimberly was introduced to Seussical Jr. in 2015 when she played the role of a bird girl during her sophomore year of High School. Kim's second run-in with this show was as a choreographer for the Jr. Drama Club at GCHS. This production marks her third time working on Seussical Jr. and she's thrilled! She only hopes you come to love this show as much as she does.
Joshua Gordon Sound Designer
Josh has enjoyed a career in theatre for twenty-five years. Some highlights include working with Mandy Patinkin, Martin Short, Hal Holbrook, and Bernadette Peters. Josh is the owner of Event Systems, working with a wide range of customers. Josh would like to thank Brian J. Marcum for the opportunity to work with this amazing Seuss music.
Michael Cole Director of Production
After working as Lighting Director and a Lighting Designer in 2021 and 2022, Michael has taken over as MTWichita's Director of Production. He relocated from New York City and has worked internationally on dance, opera, musical theatre, and corporate events. His credits include productions on Broadway, Off-Broadway, international tours, and regional theatre across the USA.

Jeremy Littlefield Technical Director
Jeremy has his MFA from Carnegie Mellon University and his BFA from Oklahoma City University. He has worked places from Texas all the way to New York. He would like to thank those who worked on this show and the 190 Local.
Joshua Larson Education Director
Joshua is eager to create a robust education program at MTWichita. He worked as the staging director for the Teen Choir & choreographer of MTW’s national audition tour. He also worked as a choreographer at WSU, Friends, various high schools, & theatres in the Wichita area. Joshua is an avid traveler & real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty.

Mary Sue Dymak
Warehouse and Inventory Director
Born and raised in Nebraska, Mary Sue started her career with MTWichita in 1976 as Assistant Property Master. Today, Mary Sue is MTWichita’s Rentals and Inventory Director overseeing a 60,000 square feet facility and more than 70 rental packages. Mary Sue’s work assists professional and non-professional theatres as well as educational institutions nationwide.
