deja a veces perdidos y en la mayoría de los casos nos trae muchas nuevas ideas de programación, sin embargo no todo es posible. Quisiéramos ofrecerle al público más cortos, pero lo primero es lograr que lo que esta edición tiene como oferta, se vea, pues en muchos casos serán oportunidades que no regresarán, incluso ni siquiera en la red.
Between the shorts and scenarios that our festival contemplates, I’m sure we have a strong party around short films, and now it’s your turn to enjoy it, get to know the programs that we’ve built, visit exhibitions, tour the venues, talk to the fabulous team of volunteers we have this year as well as to the great base team that, from Black Velvet laboratories, has fully submitted to the event. Now, it’s time for you to make it the party we want it to be.
Entre los cortos y los escenarios que contempla el festival, estoy seguro que tenemos una robusta fiesta en torno al cortometraje y ahora está en manos de ustedes para que lo disfruten, se compenetren con los programas que construimos, visiten las exposiciones, recorran las salas, dialoguen con el fabuloso equipo de voluntarios que tenemos este año y también con el gran equipo de base que desde Laboratorios Black Velvet se entrega por completo para hacer el evento. Ahora, es momento de que ustedes hagan de él la fiesta que queremos que sea.
Yet, we have an important request to make whether you live in the city, come from other regions or countries, work with the film industry or in other areas, or even if you are building your career path defining what will be your relation to the creation of motion pictures; no matter where you come from, what we want is to talk, think about how we can improve the service, the content, the relevance of what we do. Wholeheartedly we want to build it with you, we want to hear you and want the festival to become yours, with your advices and recommendations.
Sin embargo tenemos una petición importante que hacerles, ya sea que vivan en la ciudad, que hayan venido desde otras regiones o países, que trabajen en el cine o no, o estén en el camino de construir
su vida profesional definiendo cuál será su cercanía con la creación de imágenes en movimiento; no importa de donde vengan, lo que queremos es hablar, pensar en cómo podemos mejorar el servicio, el contenido, la pertinencia de lo que hacemos. De todo corazón queremos construir esto con ustedes, queremos oírlos y queremos que el festival se vuelva suyo, con sus consejos y recomendaciones.
This festival is made for the public to open to new film options and for young creators in the country and the world to show their work. In between this, the labor is intense and we are ambitious, that’s why we know that each person, institution or company wishing to contribute to these processes of
public training and projection of new talent, will be welcomed in this group we are building to strengthen the existence of the festival. Enjoy it, but don’t forget that we are close to make it better, and we will do it thanks to you.
Este festival se hace para que el público se abra a nuevas opciones cinematográficas y para que los jóvenes creadores del país y del mundo pueden dar a conocer sus propuestas. En medio de eso el trabajo por hacer es demasiado grande y somos ambiciosos, por eso sabemos que cada persona, institución o empresa que desee aportar a estos procesos de formación de públicos y proyección de nuevos talentos, será bienvenida a este grupo que vamos construyendo para fortalecer la existencia del festival. Gócenselo, pero no olviden que estamos cerca para hacerlo mejor, y lo haremos gracias a ustedes.
