Final meal selections are due 30 days prior to your event function. A final confirmation or “guarantee” of your anticipated number of guests is required by 12:00 noon ten (10) business days prior to your function and this guarantee may not be reduced. We will make an allowance to set 3% above your guarantee for events.
All food and beverage prices are subject to a 23% service fee and 6.25% Massachusetts state tax. Applicable service charges, administrative fees, and taxes are subject to change. Prevailing rates at the time of your function will be applicable.
A labor charge surcharge will apply as noted throughout the above menu. These surcharges and fees apply to various meals under certain guest counts, bartenders, and Chef attendants. For functions requiring a cashier, there will be a cashier fee of $35.00++ per hour, with a 3-hour minimum per cashier. The Hotel reserves the right to charge a service fee for room setups with extraordinary requirements or timeframes.
