Welcome to Miraval Berkshires. As we settle into fall, we can accept the season’s invitation to reflect, reset, and move forward with renewed intention.
Here at Miraval Berkshires, we’re fortunate to experience the full spectrum of four distinct seasons. Autumn promises a joyful connection with the outdoors, colorful foliage, and cooler breezes, encouraging us to step outside, breathe deeply, and embrace new beginnings.
As nature changes around us, so does our programming. This is one of my favorite times of year to engage with the surrounding world — from teeing off on our golf course’s breathtaking fairways to mindfully hiking through dense forests or reconnecting physically with outdoor yoga or archery.
We continue to celebrate our brand’s 30th anniversary and honor our origins, reflected in our name—a Spanish-inspired phrase meaning “view of the valley”— a reminder to notice the beauty of our outer and inner landscapes. I invite you to find a quiet moment in nature, listen closely to the sounds of the season, and notice what stirs inside. Autumn's energy is about integration and connection and might even reveal a new path forward.

For fee-based activities and spa services, the entire fee will be charged to your bill if you change or cancel within four hours of the start time unless otherwise noted.
