Welcome to the final edition of our parents' newsletter for this academic year.

In this edition, we interview our Director of InclusionAmy Langford and spotlight ourAdditional Learning Support and SEND team, who ensure all students have the support they need to succeed.

We also share some helpful information from our Careers team on how we work alongside parents to ensure all students have a plan for their futurewhether that be moving on to the next year or level of their course, switching to a different course, starting an apprenticeship, heading to university or getting a job.

Tech Park launched to drive digital skills in Bletchley

Anew centre to drive digital skills has opened in Bletchley at the South Central Institute ofTechnology (SCIoT), part of Milton Keynes College Group. Tech Park Bletchley offers courses from the most basic digital programmes to more sophisticated certificates in areas likeArtificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR).

MK College Group Student of the Year

Graphic Design student, Nashe Mataya, has been named Milton Keynes College Group’s Student of the Year for 2024.The College Group’s Students of theYearAwards recognises learners who have achieved in their studies, with 20 categories covering the College Group’s Further Education provision, adult learning, inclusive learning, ESOL, the South Central Institute of Technology (SCIoT) in Bletchley and its prison education services.

Please remember not to park in disabled car parking spaces at our campuses unless you have a valid Blue Badge.

ID Badges

Please remember to keep the ID badges of returning students because they will be used again next year.

Exam Results

Results can be collected from the ground floor of the Chaffron Centre at the Chaffron Way Campus on the following days:

Thursday 15thAugust: Level 3 (T Levels / BTECs)

Thursday 22ndAugust: Level 2 (GCSE / Level 2)
