Milton Keynes College Group receives White Ribbon accreditation
MK College Group has achieved White RibbonAccreditation, committing to ending violence against women and girls by promoting a culture of respect and equality As part of this commitment, the College will deliver a multi-year plan to transform staff culture, engage the wider community, and host events such as White Ribbon Day activities to raise awareness and support local charities.

MK College students’culinary adventure in Thailand: a trainer’s perspective
In February 2025, 15 students studying Level 3 Beauty Therapy, and 21 Level 3 Professional Cookery students from Milton Keynes College embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime field trip to Thailand, after the College was able to secure funding through the DFE Turing Grant, which allows education providers to
apply for funding to support their students with study and work placements around the world.The group was accompanied by five staff members, including Richie Carter, a WorkplaceTrainer for Commis ChefApprentices. Richie documented the Cookery students' culinary adventures in a fascinating blog, and we’ll share stories from the Beauty students in the next newsletter.
