All permanent party Soldiers should first report to the Soldier Support Center. Military students must first report to their new unit. Specific instructions are located at the following URL: www.lee.army.mil/hrd/student.management.branch.aspx. Other services, Army recruiters, and MEPS cadre should contact their gaining units for specific instructions. Contact information is located on the website under “Reporting for Duty” http://www.lee.army.mil/hrd/soldiers.reporting.for.duty. aspx. After hours, Soldiers should sign in off leave and receive further instructions from the Installation Operations Center, building 1107, (804) 734-1584.

The facility provides standard and extended stay rooms and temporary family suites to accommodate military families on permanent change of station orders, temporary orders and civilians on leisure. Pets also are allowed in the lodging facility with payment of a one-time nonrefundable fee of $75 for up to five days. If the visit extends beyond five days, there is a $7 charge for each day after for the pet. Hotel amenities include free Wi-Fi, and the Sustainer’s Pub.
