Building 9035 Behind the Bowling Center off Battle Drive Phone: (804) 734-6859 With vehicle lifts, bay space and tools, this facility allows patrons to perform minor vehicle repairs. The self-help facility has a trained instructor on duty to provide automobile repair assistance. Patrons may use tools to assist with repairs while on the premises. Short- and long-term vehicle storage also is available. Hours of operation: Wednesday - Friday, noon - 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Sports Office Building 4320 C Avenue and 19th Street Phone: (804) 765-3053 The Sports Office provides many competitive opportunities for Fort Lee community members; from traditional activities like golf, basketball and softball to high-adrenaline sports like reball, a variation of paintball with re-useable pellets. The Intramural Sports program caters to a wide array of participants from AllArmy hopefuls to recreational athletes.
Battle Drive Pool Mahone Avenue, behind the Lee Club Phone: (804) 734-6198 The Battle Drive Pool offers recreational swimming for the Fort Lee community. With depths of 3-10 feet, the pool features two boards, which provide a platform for diving and jumping, as well as a water slide to entertain the young and young-at-heart. The pool offers swimming lessons to children. Users must purchase a pool pass to access the Battle Drive facility. Pool passes are sold in Building 9024 (next to the Bowling Alley). The Picture Perfect framing facility is the ideal place to have all prints, needlepoint pieces, puzzles and certificates matted and framed. The staff offers professional service for those who prefer to have the work done for them. Customers who prefer to do it themselves can take classes to learn the basics of picture framing. Additionally, numerous arts and crafts classes are offered during various times of the year to include card club, acrylic and digital scrapbooking. Hours of operation are: Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Leisure Travel Services Building, 3650, Inside the Warrior Zone Phone: (804) 765-3789/3783 The Fort Lee Leisure Travel Service Office is located in the Warrior Zone near the corner of Mahone and C Avenues. The full-service Family and MWR leisure travel agency specializes in a wide range of individual and family entertainment options including tickets to amusement parks, local and national attractions, vacation packages, cruises and hotel reservations. LTS will assist military and DoD Civilians in obtaining discounts for leisure travel and can accommodate travel arrangements for the civilian community. Hours of operation are Monday Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., with limited hours on Saturdays from May to September. Fall hours are subject to change.
