GREAT PEOPLE MAKE FAVORITE PLACES
BCC has created an actionable statement that helps define our philosophy known as The Simple Truth: Great People Make Favorite Places. Below is a small sample of staff members who are helping to make BCC your favorite place.
Leadership Award
Kevin Keller, Executive Sous Chef
Kevin joined the BCC team eight years ago and has been instrumental in shaping the Club’s Culinary program into what it is today. Throughout his journey, Kevin also earned his Certified Executive Chef (CEC) designation —an impressive accomplishment that speaks to his dedication and drive. Behind Kevin’s calm and steady presence lies a deeply passionate culinarian who is committed to his craft. He leads with integrity, teaches with care, and inspires those around him every day. Our Executive Chef Richard Jallet notes that Kevin has been one of the best Executive Sous Chefs he’s ever had the pleasure of working with. Kevin’s leadership continues to elevate our Culinary Team, and this award is a true testament to his excellence.
Simple Truth Award
Jessica Noffsinger, Graphic Designer
After learning about a young member’s enthusiasm for our weekly e-blasts, Jess quietly added a “#1 Reader” shoutout in a recent communication and arranged a small surprise reward for the member to pick up at the Five Farms Front Desk. Well done, Jess—and a big thank-you to all our dedicated readers!
GREENFOLDER STORIES
Read and experience the stories of the Simple Truth! This is a collaboration of stories submitted since the start of the Green Folder Stories Initiative. This book is live - meaning it’ll be updated throughout the year. So be sure to check back in from time to time to read what makes BCC so great!
READ THE STORIES
Submit your Simple Truth experience by filling out the Green Folder Stories form, located at the bottom of the Park & Farms email, in Park & Farms, the staff webpage, or scan the QR codes in the staff breakrooms. BCC encourages all members to submit their own or fellow staff members’ Green Folder Stories.

SPRING ALL-STAFF REVIEW

Not only was the day gorgeous, no one forgot to dress to the nines either, making our 2025 Staff picture a standout. Thank you to everyone that helped make that day as special as it was, a reminder that none of us could do this, making this big of an impact, without each other.

We really enjoyed dinner tonight. It was great seeing all the staff and I wanted to commend Greer and Shairef to you. Both did an excellent job in assisting us. I also wanted to thank Rachel for seating us so promptly and delightfully. And it was great to see Cynthia, Rachel, Will, Maggie and Marissa, all of whom cheerfully greeted us and stop by our table to say hello. Thanks for another fabulous dining experience at the club. Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention the great service that the valet attendants always provide. They are excellent.
From: Andrea Tucker
We always love dining at BCC because we feel so cared for and can eat safely with our dietary restriction (gluten free). It means so much when our server is aware, even before we mention it, that we have this restriction. Thank you!

As always, the leadership and staff at BCC take exceptional care of our family. They consistently meet and then exceed expectations. Our extended family who travels in are members of Clubs in NYC, Boston, DC and VA. They are always effusive in their praise that BCC far exceeds the experiences at their own Clubs. That fact reflects positively on Allison, Paige and me, for which we are greatly appreciative. Thank you.
