Bartenders Danny & Gio are getting to know fellow staff members in the morning! Watch their first hallway interview with Membership Assistant and Server Hannah!
In October, we focused on building a foundation of trust, the essential first step in forming genuine relationships and connections. Now it’s time to take the next step: Discover: Discovery means getting curious about what makes each member unique. It’s about asking thoughtful questions, noticing the small details, and taking genuine interest in others. When we discover, we move beyond surface-level interactions and uncover what truly matters to the members we serve.
WHAT TO EXPECT THIS MONTH
Throughout November, you will be taught how to authentically engage in conversation with members to identify key interests and preferences. Our shared goal is to build a library of member preferences/interests that helps staff to personalize experiences for all members. Weekly trainings will inspire new ways to observe, listen, and spark genuine connection, helping every interaction build genuine relationships across the Club.
CHALLENGE OF THE MONTH: The Discovery Blitz
HABIT #2 Discover
• Ask open ended questions
• Encourage members to talk about themselves
• Observe patterns & interests
• Find Common Ground
Your challenge is simple: Discover and submit as many member preferences as possible throughout the month. Each conversation is a chance to learn something new about a member -- their favorite cocktail, sport, travel destination, and more. These discoveries should happen naturally through genuine conversation, not by interviewing or asking questions outright. By participating in the discovery blitz, you will be entered to win prizes! More details to come.
Member-able Moments Notepads

This creamy, cheesy pumpkin lasagna recipe is the perfect way to usher in the tastes, smells and vibrant colors of autumn.
Pumpkin Lasagna
Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
1 chopped onion
4 cloved garlic
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp dried sage
3 cans pumpkin purée
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp grated fresh nutmeg
Salt
Directions
Ground black pepper
1 large egg, beaten to blend
1 container ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded fontina
3 cups shredded mozzarella
Cooking spray
1 lb no-boil lasagna noodles
1. Preheat oven to 375º degrees. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt better. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and softened, about seven minutes. Add vinegar and cook, stirring, until mostly evaporated, about four minutes. Stir in sage. Add pumpkin, syrup and nutmeg, season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until warmed through, about five minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, stir egg, ricotta, 2 cups fontina and 2 cups mozzarella until combined.
3. Grease a 13” x 9” baking dish with cooking spray. Smear a thin layer of pumpkin mixture on bottom of prepared dish. Cover with about one-quarter of noodles. Top with one-third of cheese mixture. Spread one-third of remaining pumpkin mixture over cheese mixture, followed by a thing layer of noodles and another layer of cheese. Repeat one more time, then finish with remaining pumpkin mixture and a layer of noodles. Sprinkle noodles with remaining 1 cup Fontina and 1 cup mozzarella.
4. Cover dish with foil and bake lasagna for 35 minutes. Uncover, increase oven temperature to 400º degrees. Uncover dish and continue to bake until cheese on top is melted, about 20 minutes more. Let rest five minutes to set.
