OPERATION 36

In the Operation 36 program, the goal is to shoot 36 or below from a different starting position from the hole. As you improve and progress, each level will get increasing further from the hole, but the goal is always the same—shoot 36 or below! Whether you’re new to the game and looking for a way to get started or are looking for a fun, new approach to the game, Operation 36 will allow you to improve and enjoy the game even more!

Students in the program must complete a 9-hole assessment to determine their starting level or have been a past participant.

$199 for the 5-class series or $50 per class

SUPERVISED PRACTICE

Supervised golf practice with a pro is a structured training session where a professional coach provides real-time feedback, drills, and personalized guidance to refine your technique, strategy, and mental approach. Unlike solo practice, where bad habits can go unnoticed, working with a pro ensures you’re making meaningful improvements in swing mechanics, consistency, and course management. This hands-on approach accelerates skill development, builds confidence, and helps you reach your full potential faster, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player looking to fine-tune your game.

BREAKING 100

This five-week course is designed to help beginner and intermediate golfers consistently break 100 by focusing on key fundamentals, simple swing improvements, short game essentials, and smart course management. Each session is structured for maximum efficiency, ensuring you gain practical skills that translate directly to the course.

This class focuses on elite-level ball striking, advanced short game techniques, and smarter decision-making on the course— all without making your swing more complicated. Through targeted drills, pressure simulations, and real-world scoring strategies, you’ll learn how to eliminate costly mistakes and capitalize on your strengths.

SHORT GAME SCHOOL

3-HOUR SHORT GAME SCHOOL + ON-COURSE MANAGEMENT FOR HANDICAPS 7-25

This dynamic, hands-on short game school is designed to lower your scores quickly by improving chipping, pitching, bunker play, and putting—followed by a real-world on-course management session to apply these skills under pressure.

By using a rotating station format, golfers get high-rep, focused instruction based on their skill level before heading onto the course for decision-making strategies and scoring drills that will help them save strokes where it matters most.

» Quick skills assessment to divide players into three groups:

ӹ Advanced Handicap 7-12: Refining control & specialty shots

ӹ Intermediate Handicap 13-18: Building consistency & better shot selection

ӹ High-Handicap Handicap 19-25: Mastering the basics & eliminating costly mistakes

STATION 1 CHIPPING & BUMP-AND-RUN 35 Minutes

ADVANCED

» Controlling spin and trajectory with different clubs

» When to use a lofted shot vs. a low-running chip

» Challenge drill: Up-and-down contest from different lies

INTERMEDIATE

» Developing consistent contact and rollout control

» Choosing the right club for different lies

» Landing zone drill: Repeating accuracy practice

HIGH-HANDICAP

» Simple, reliable technique for clean contact

» Club selection made easy

» Eliminating “chunk” and “blade” mistakes

STATION 2 PITCHING & DISTANCE WEDGES 35 Minutes

ADVANCED

» Mastering spin and trajectory control inside 50 yards

» Using the clock system for precise wedge play

» Challenge drill: Hit three distances with the same club

INTERMEDIATE

» Consistent tempo for reliable wedge shots

» Body rotation and landing zone practice

» Controlled distance drill: Towels as targets

HIGH-HANDICAP

» Basic setup and motion for a high-percentage pitch

» Learning one go-to shot for confidence

» Distance control – eliminating skulls and chunks

STATION 3 BUNKER PLAY 35 Minutes

ADVANCED

» Controlling spin and trajectory for different bunker shots

» Plugged lies, high-lofted escapes, and spin shots

» Challenge drill: Land the ball within a 3-foot circle

INTERMEDIATE

» Perfecting a repeatable bunker swing

» Adjusting for different depths and sand textures

» Landing zone drill: Dialing in distance control

HIGH-HANDICAP

» Simple bunker technique

» Getting out consistently and reducing fear of sand

» Confidence drill: 5 in a row out of the bunker

Now it’s time to apply everything on the course! Players will head out onto the short game area of the course or select holes for real-world shot selection, execution, and course management strategies.

SITUATIONAL SHORT GAME PLAY

Players will face realistic short game scenarios from different locations:

» Tight lie off the green: When to chip vs. putt

» Short-sided chips: Using loft to control spin

» Long bunker shots: Adjusting for carry & roll

» Uneven lies around the green: Adjusting stance & swing

» Key Coaching Focus: Shot selection, risk vs. reward, playing high-percentage shots

UP-AND-DOWN & SCORING STRATEGY CHALLENGE

Each player gets 5 up-and-down attempts from different locations:

ӹ Advanced: Must save par 3 out of 5 times

ӹ Intermediate: Must save bogey 4 out of 5 times

ӹ High-Handicap: Must avoid double bogey 4 out of 5 times

» Final coaching tips on short game strategy, shot commitment, and decision-making

» Wrap-up & personalized feedback for each player
