KEJRIWAL ADDS PUNJABI TADKA BEFORE POLLS Delhi CM is learning Gurmukhi from 2 tutors, talking to MLAs in local tongue to connect better with the masses by Punya Prasun Bajpai Not too long back Arvind Kejriwal had made news addressing rallies in Punjab sporting a turban. But the next time he visits the pollbound state, he may be one delivering speeches in fluent Punjabi. The Delhi chief minister, who is eyeing victory in Punjab polls next year, is learning to speak in Punjabi and read and write in Gurmukhi. "I have learnt Gurmukhi so that I can feel the pulse of the Punjabi population and

Power can be achieved even without knowing the language and the script but then it will be difficult to connect with the masses," Kejriwal told Aaj Tak. If a person decides to get a weapon and go on a killing spree or plant explosives somewhere without involving others, chances of detection are minimal," said a senior intelligence official. Inspired by ISIS, Omar Mateen killed 50 people in an Orlando club in the US and wounded several others as he went on a shooting

rampage on Sunday. INCREASED RADICALISATION WORRIES INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES According to assessments made by intelligence agencies, the biggest hurdle in national security and increased radicalisation is the Internet as there is limited domain knowledge on the subject. Continued on Page 2
