Please carefully read Sponsorship details below.
• Sponsors MUST be a registered business and provide an ABN for invoicing purposes.
• Sponsors must provide the NNWSJC committee with high quality logos (vector – eps, ai or svg preferrable) for banner/ flags printing by 24 July 2024. Please email to nnwsjc.marketing@gmail.com
• Sponsors must provide the NNWSJC committee with social media content, including text, images and logos required, by 30 September 2024. Please email to nnwsjc.marketing@gmail.com
• Sponsors must allocate rider/s for their sponsorship benefits. These riders entries once entered, cannot be changed for an unallocated rider or the entry will be deleted. Allocated riders must be emailed to nnwsjc.marketing@gmail.com prior to the opening of early entries, note once classes are full places cannot be guaranteed. Any Sponsor that shares their sponsorship benefit with an unallocated rider, will have ALL their allocated riders entries forfeited without question or consideration.
• Sponsors who require additional sponsorship benefits can do so on request to nnwsjc@gmail.com for an additional $250.00 sponsorship. The NNWSJC reserves the right to limit these as they see fit.
* Supplied banners/signage will be displayed. For an additional fee banners can be organised if sponsorship committment is confirmed and request sent within in printing deadline time period. Sponsors who pay NNWSJC to print banner/signage on their behalf will have ownership of these banners/signage and will be permitted to take these after the completion of the event, no sooner.

• All businesses and individuals who hire a trade stand or trade space (indoor or outdoor) must have in place and maintain occurrence based, public liability insurance for an amount of not less than twenty million dollars ($20,000,000); This must be provided to the North and North West Show Jumping club at the time the booking takes place. Please email this to nnwsjc.marketing@gmail.com Your booking is not secure until this has been received.
• Workers’ Compensation insurance as required by law in respect of employees of any trade exhibitors or commercial operation.
• Traders must follow all relevant legislation and have in place all necessary permits and licenses required by any law or standard.
• Traders must follow all directions and instructions given by any person appointed by AELEC or NNWSJC executive committee.
• Traders are to only occupy their allocated spot. A traders map will be sent out prior to the event.
• If traders are bringing their own trailer or tent space, measurements are to be provided to the NNWSJC on booking to ensure the correct space allocation.
