Parent Voices

AtOCSI,webelievethattheinsightsandopinionsofourparentsareinvaluabletothe successandimprovementofourschool Throughoutthe2024schoolyear,weactively soughtandlistenedtothefeedbackprovidedbyourparentcommunity Herearesome highlightsfromourparentengagementinitiatives:

As a parent, I’m thrilled with the positive experience and academic growth my 3 children are having at OCSI We moved from mainland Japan where they attended another international school, and the transition was smooth and makes a great comparison The school’s stunning ocean views from almost every classroom and field create a unique learning environment The staff’s dedication to every student is evident, making us confident in our decision to enroll our kids here Choosing Okinawa and OCSI was one of our best decisions, offering not just a beautiful location but also an excellent education for our children

The family always feels well informed about my child's progress and what is happening at the school

We love the teachers and love the mission and the vision of OCSI.

I love the environment, and the care and support of the teachers I believe the environment and the community around the school We are grateful of the decision we made to move to Okinawa and put our kids in school here Ms Turner has been supportive through the process with both of our children and the teachers patient and caring

27

I feel truly blessed that we found a school for my son that provides quality, Christian-based education And, he really enjoys attending school

Our experience with Megan was one of a kind! I highly recommend working with her We finally found our dream home and we were super relaxed throughout the entire process

The school is making efforts with improving the facility along with providing a suitable environment (friendly positive spirit) for the students to be in during their educational hours

We love that OCSI provides such a warm and caring learning environment with AMAZING teachers!

The staff are amazing; we love the multicultural community also

Since a class is a small size, teachers are supporting each child The school provides fun events such as a school camp, field trips and symphony visit etc
