- A couple with a 1st grade son moving from LA. She is an interior designer so she loved seeing the remodel plans. They both really liked the house. Unfortunately, after their full day tour, they decieded to focus their search on Central Austin.
- Family with 5 kids from ages 7 to 13. Two sets of twins. They are fine with a project. Moved to Austin last summer and currently live downton. Previously lived in Houston, then Chicago. The wife was not as excited about it as the husband. Their agent said they haven’t ruled it out and that they typically ponder homes for quite sometime before they give any idea of how they really feel.
- Megan’s friends with kids at Trinity. He really likes it and likes that it is different. She said she needs to process it. The layout works for them. They have twin boys in 4th grade at Trinity. They purchased a lot on Cortona a couple years ago and worked on plans and tried to work with the City of Westlake hills for a year and finally gave up and put the lot on the market. They just closed on Friday and are ready to find another project but want the site work complete and a house that they can work with. They talked about blowing out the entire middle of the house - formal dining, living, kitchen, family and foyer and reworking. Possible moving kitche to pool side of house. Megan met with the potential buyers and Gary Furman on 1. 15.18.
