Earning HRCI RCH Credits Through Skillsoft
Skillsoft is an HRCI Approved Provider #2304.Being an HRCI Approved Provider gives recertification candidates a ready reference to quality continuing education. The Approved Provider program eliminates the guesswork when taking continuing education courses by allowing individuals to know before they register if the activity will be counted toward recertification, and if so, how many recertification credit hours (RCHs) will be awarded.
Being an HRCI Approved Provider allows Skillsoft to offer continuing education courses to learners that will be counted toward recertification and provide them with the number of recertification credit hours that will be awarded. HRCI credit hours are obtained by completing multiple pieces of content before submitting to receive the associated credits.

Completing A Certificate Request
To complete a Certificate Request , you will be asked to upload documentation that validates your course completions. Please ensure that you have the documentation available in one of the forms noted below before proceeding. You are required to provide documentation that verifies your course completions.
You can upload a copy of a transcript progress report from your Learning Management System or a test score report from within the course. For more information on obtaining a test score report, see instructions: Accessing your test score report.
Progress Report file must be in either of the following formats: PDF, Word, TXT, and must include your name, course title, start and completion dates, and course score.
Note: Excel is not accepted and max upload file size is 25MB.
