FITNESS & WELLNESS #8 Balance – Now that success has entered the building you are going to notice that things will get harder and the time has been passing. You need to stop and think about how hard you have been working and that life is here and it needs to be enjoyed outside of exercise so don’t forget to build that balance and keep a happy and positive life outside of your exercise!

TIPS FOR YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY #1 Getting started – Just getting started and getting into the gym is the first step to achieving what you want, how can you reach your goals if you don’t start? #2 Getting Comfortable Once you get passed getting started you’ll start to notice that you’re mind has adapted and that its okay with being in the gym and as your body catches up with your mind it results into you getting comfortable inside the gym! #3 Building a routine – Now that you got started and your now comfortable its time you build a well-rounded routine so that you don’t overwork a certain part of your body! I recommend giving your body 24-48 of rest of that certain area of your body before training it again.

#9 Knowledge – There is an old saying it goes “ life cant give to you if your hands are always closed, open your mind, open your heart and open your arms” What that means is don’t be afraid to keep learning, don’t be afraid to open up and take advice. No matter how far you are on your journey you can always learn a thing or too myself included! #5 What goals should I have – I get this question a lot and the real answer is whatever goals you want! At the end of the day it is your goals, think about how you want to look or feel in a certain amount of time and start setting them up. I do recommend to set big goals as well as smaller goals that you can obtain to keep you on track to the big goal!
