Employment Information We think our team members are happier and have more to contribute if they know what they can expect from our Company and what our Company expects from them. In the preceding sections, we introduced you to our Company’s history, mission, values and philosophy. We expect you to incorporate that information into your day-to-day job performance, striving to meet our Company’s values in everything you do. The remainder of this Guide will familiarize you with the privileges, benefits and responsibilities of being a MarineMax Team Member. Please understand that this Guide can only highlight and summarize our Company’s policies and practices. For detailed information, you can talk to your manager or a member of the Human Resources team. MarineMax strives to provide a work environment where our Team Members continually grow and learn, enjoy their jobs and successfully contribute to our mission. This section discusses different aspects regarding employment information.

The Employment Relationship You are given the opportunity to enjoy a challenging career with the leader in the marine retail industry. In return, you are expected to provide your full effort and talent in contributing to the current and future success of MarineMax. This Resource Guide does not constitute an employment agreement or contract for a specific period of time – all employment with MarineMax is on an at-will basis. This means that both you and MarineMax have the right to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause. No Team Member or representative of MarineMax has the right or authority to enter into an employment contract for a specific period of time or make verbal commitments regarding your employment with MarineMax other than the Board of Directors, and then only in writing.
