The Employment Relationship You are given the opportunity to enjoy a challenging career with the leader in the marine retail industry. This Resource Guide does not constitute an employment agreement or contract for a specific period of time – all employment with MarineMax is on an at-will basis. This means that both you and MarineMax have the right to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause.
