Window Treatment:
Option 1 - Install a ceiling mounted sheer drapery panel (This would stack in front of the glass when open) This will allow you the flexibility to close completely for additional privacy when needed The sheer fabric will be light filtering to allow for the sunlight to still come into space
Option 2 - Top down/bottom up shades - this will allow sunlight to enter through the top while keeping the bottom covered for privacy
Example of drapery panels stacking in front of window (Option 1)

Design Direction for office:
Example of Top Down/Bottom Up Grass Shade (Option 2)

Option to do a bold paint color on cabinetry, update light fixture, add art in space
Example below shows drapery panels stacked in front of glass (Similar to how option 1 listed above would be )

Another option is to paint all of office a moody paint color, add art in space, update light fixture
Example below also shows how existing wood tones can be incorporated into moody design

Window Treatment:
Install drapery panels around window Panels in a fabric with pattern and color will add a lot of character to this space

Design Direction for Dining Room:

Dining Room

Hide rug option with color sprinkled in
Reupholster the exterior of existing dining chairs to add another element to furniture, new rug, add art for color over existing console, possibly incorporate wallpaper or textured wallpaper to warm up space Drapery panels could also have some pattern and movement to them (photo left)

Window Treatment:
Add ceiling mounted drapery panels with soft sheers, stacking to one side
Would recommend draperies to stack on this side

Update Rug:
Switch rug to a round rug to match curves of furniture Example of sheer window treatments.

Living Room

Design Direction for Living Room:
We can possibly reupholster existing accent chairs to add some pattern and color to space. Also incorporate art:

Add light fixture, Light Fixture Option
Another route is to leave space pretty neutral and bring in color through accessories, pillows, & art:

Do any of these spaces stand out to you over another?

Window Treatment:
Add ceiling mounted drapery panels with soft sheers, stacking to one side

We recommend this space matching the Living Room The sheer drapery panels will add a soft touch to the space If we did do these we would need to see if you are open to utilizing the opposite door to access the outside (Sliding door closest to Living Room)

Design Direction for Breakfast Area:
Example shows a neutral base with pops of color mixed in through upholstery and accent details Do any of these spaces stand out to you over another?
Example shows sleek & neutral pallette

Window Treatment:
Add ceiling mounted drapery panels on either side of window Do these need to be blackout?

Window Treatment:
We recommend not adding any window treatment on this window as we feel the beauty of this window is the greenery coming through and the natural light it is bringing to the space
If a window treatment is a must it will need to be a light filtering roman shade, mounted above glass - around ceiling line
