The theme of the evening was, “Class of 2015 Rocks!” at the 2015 Leadership Manhattan Graduation. After spending the day at Kansas Farm Bureau learning about civic engagement, the 2015 class and several alumni gathered at the Manhattan Country Club for the awarding of plaques and to congratulate the class on their successful completion of the Leadership Manhattan program.

Our 2015 winner, Kristin Brighton, has supported many local causes, including the Fairy Godmothers, The Johnson Center for Basic Cancer Research, the Address the Heart Gala for Mercy Regional Health Center and the Fieldhouse Project. Over the past six years, Kristin has dedicated much of her time in the founding and running of the Flint Hills Summer Fun Camp to help give children on the autism spectrum continued structure over the summer. In addition to these great and time consuming projects, Kristin is active on the Chamber Board as the current
Chair Elect and is co-principal at New Boston Creative Group.
