Every rhyme and reason to Visit MHK for Hotel Week Rhythm, running and suds … all in one weekend!
The second annual Rhythm & Brews Festival pulls a vast array of interests together in a 24hour frenzy of activity. This flurry of action is centered at City Park, 11th and Poyntz Avenue, July 31 and Aug. 1. Have out-of-town guests looking for a reason to visit Manhattan? Well, this is it. To start, any of eight hotels around Manhattan can find your friends a discount-rated stay for the week! These include The Bluemont Hotel, Candlewood Inn and Suites, Four Points by Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn,
Holiday Inn at the Campus, Holiday Inn Express and Parkwood Inn and Suites. Each hotel will have the best information on rates for that week.
Hotel Week, sponsored by Manhattan Convention and Visitors Bureau, is designed to encourage visitors to visit Manhattan and have a look at all the amenities around our great city. The week begins July 26, filled with the overflow of activities, carnival, etc., from the previous week’s Riley County Fair. And with the exquisite new restaurants around town and specifically in Downtown Manhattan, invite your friends to check out the new cuisine options and they’ll be “in-the-know” once football season rolls around just more than a month from Rhythm & Brews. Pigins and Tallgrass Taphouse are great locations for mid-week din-
ing options, plus their favorites among Bourbon and Baker, dellaVoce, 4 Olives, Hibachi Hut and many others around the downtown swing. Of course, with students still out on break, an Aggieville feast is always a good idea, and west side eateries offer a reliable “go-to” option for dining out.
