The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce presents the Wall Street Journal Business Bestseller Hug Your Customers
By Jack Mitchell, CEO, Mitchells/ Richards/Marshs/ Wilkes Bashford September 24, 2014 Hilton Garden Inn & Manhattan Conference Center 9:30-11:00 am OR 1:00-2:30 pm (sessions are identical)
In the simplest sense, a hug is anything that exceeds a customer’s expectations. It can be as commonplace as a smile or eye contact. It can be a firm handshake. It can be calling when you say you will. It can be remembering a customer’s name even though it’s only the second time you’ve seen him and the first time was two years ago.
For program details contact the Chamber office at 785-776-8829 or by email to kim@manhattan.org or kathy@manhattan.org.
