hen Mr. Adam Pamer had the dream of building his own golf course on Mallorca in 1995, he already knew that it would not be just another course, but the best course. More than a decade after opening, not only is Golf Son Gual unanimously recognised as the best course on the island, but also as one of the best in Spain and Europe by prestigious golf organisms and specialist communications media, including World of Leading Golf, Golf World or the Rolex Guide. Designed by the prestigious golf course architect Thomas Himmel, an expert when it comes to balancing out classicism and modernity, Golf Son Gual combines the

harmony of the surrounding area and a challenge in the game, and also takes great care over the environmental aspects. Himmel himself highlights the attractive bunkers and the fluidity of the holes between the low and high zones, the quality of the greens and tees and the splendid views of the city of Palma in the distance. In the year 2009, Golf Son Gual was the venue for the European Senior Open, welcoming illustrious participants such as Mark James, Sam Torrance or Ian Woosnam, who were awestruck with the installations (‘Son Gual reminds me a lot of Augusta’ Ian Woosnam himself said at the time). And in 2015, Golf Son Gual was voted ‘the best course in Europe’, according to GOLF SON GUAL | 11

World of Leading Golf, attaining the best scores in terms of quality, variety and design of the course, and for the quality of the food in its restaurant. And what are the reasons why a player as important as Ian Woosnam has equated Son Gual to the course of Augusta?... Carlos Alberto Gómez, the head greenkeeper of Golf Son Gual, tells us of the 5 keys that make this course a work of art.

1. The team of greenkeepers. At Golf Son Gual, 25 greenkeepers work every day to ensure the course is always in a perfect condition. From their different departments, they are in charge of attending to the demands of the course on an everyday basis, and seeing what it needs to stay in an impeccable condition.

1. Das Greenkeeper-Team. Auf Son Gual sorgen täglich 25 Greenkeeper, dass der Platz stets perfekte Spielbedingungen bietet. Sie sind in ihren jeweiligen Bereichen dafür verantwortlich, den Pflegebedarf des Platzes zu analysieren und ein untadeliges Erscheinungsbild des Platzes zu sichern.

1. El equipo de greenkeepers. En Golf Son Gual trabajan a diario 25 greenkeepers para que el campo esté siempre en perfectas condiciones. Ellos son los responsables, desde sus diferentes áreas, de ver día a días las demandas del campo, y qué necesita para estar en unas condiciones impecables.

3. The state of the grass. Care of the turf is different in winter and summer, due to weather conditions. Whilst the greens and the tees are sown with the species agrostis, the fairways are re-sown with paspalum in colder months and with raygrass in the warmer months, thus ensuring the best possible appearance all year round.

4. The use of organic fertilizers. Every day the greenkeepers study the state of the course, and for some time now we have been replacing many chemical fertilizers with ecological organic ones in order to eliminate plagues of fungi and other contingencies. It is a more expensive system, but one which is much more environmentally sustainable.

2. The good communication between the clubhouse and the greenkeepers. In a top-level installation such as Golf Son Gual, communication is a very important factor for everything to be perfect. Which is why there is continuous feedback between the Clubhouse and the maintenance team: information is forwarded on the number of players due for the day, the tee off times, the weather conditions... In this way, we can determine what attention the course requires, whether buggies can or cannot be used on a given day so as not to damage the lawns, whether it is better to tee off from hole 10 than hole 1, keep in front of the players so as not to disturb them with the sound of the machines, etc.

Aus diesem Grund gibt es ein ständiges Feedback zwischen Clubhaus und dem für die Pflege verantwortlichen Team, beispielsweise über die geplante Anzahl der Spieler für den Tag, die Spielzeiten oder die Wettervorhersage, um so die herrschenden Bedingungen auf dem Platz zu bewerten, wie: Kann man heute Buggies benutzen, um den Rasen nicht zu schädigen? Ist es besser, an Bahn 10 oder an Bahn 1 zu beginnen? Die Greenkeeper bewegen sich dabei immer vor den Spielern, um u.a. Geräuschbelästigungen durch Maschinen zu vermeiden.

3. Der Zustand des Rasens. Wegen des Klimas benötigt der Rasen im Sommer und im Winter unterschiedliche Pflege. Während Greens und Tees mit Agrostis-Rasen bepflanzt sind, wird auf den Bahnen im Winter Paspallum-Rasen und im Sommer Raygrass ausgesät, damit sich der Golfplatz ganzjährig in einwandfreiem Zustand präsentiert.

4. Die Nutzung von Naturdünger. Wie gesagt, die Greenkeeper analysieren täglich den Zustand des Platzes. Seit geraumer Zeit ersetzen wir chemischen durch Natur- oder Öko-Dünger und wirken so Pilzplagen und anderen Schädlingen entgegen. Das ist zwar teurer, aber wesentlich nachhaltiger und umweltfreundlicher.

Mientras que los greens y los tees están sembrados con la especie agrostis, las calles se resiembran en los meses más fríos con paspallum, y con raygrass en los meses más cálidos, asegurando el mejor aspecto durante todo el año.

4. El uso de abonos orgánicos. Los greenkeepers estudian día a día el estado del campo, y de un tiempo a esta parte muchos abonos químicos han sido sustituidos por otros orgánicos y ecológicos, para eliminar plagas de hongos y otras contingencias. Es un sistema más caro, pero mucho más sostenible con el medioambiente.

2. La buena comunicación entre el club house y los greenkeepers. En una instalación de primer nivel como golf Son Gual, la comunicación es muy importante para que todo salga a la perfección. Por eso existe un continuo feedback entre el club house y el equipo de mantenimiento: se informa del número de jugadores previstos para ese día, los horarios de salida, las condiciones metereológicas... Así, se determina que atenciones necesita el campo, si ese día pueden usarse buggies para no dañar el césped, si es mejor salir del hoyo 10 en lugar que del hoyo 1, ir siempre por delante de los jugadores para no molestarlos con el ruido de las máquinas, etc.

n 2013, we already interviewed you for Golf Son Gual Magazine. How has your life changed in these 5 years, professionally and personally speaking? Oh boy, it has changed quite a lot! I played many international tournaments as an amateur and I won quite a few of them. So for example in the USA I won the Plantation Junior Tour Final at Grand Cypress in December 2013 right after our Interview then (smile) and in 2014 I managed to win the Miguel Angel Jimenez Trophy in England for the second time and the Océanico World Kids Golf in Portugal for the third time in my age category. But I had my biggest success as an amateur in Florida again, where I had won the FCWT Future Collegian World Tour Final at TPC Sawgrass in the under 19 age category – as a 15 year old player which was very exciting. In 2015 I had to concentrate on my exams at school and I finished middle school, fortunately with quite good marks. And finally, I turned Pro in 2016. You decided to turn Pro at the age of 16. What do you say to people who may think it was too early? It was a big step when I, still an amateur, qualified for my first professional tour, the ProGolf Tour, in 2015 at the age of 15. I had just finished middle school and thus had the possibility to turn Pro. So I discussed it with my parents and told them that I felt it was the right decision. My parents gave me every support and my dad agreed by saying that the only way to learn how to swim is in deep waters. Since I turned Pro that early I have enough time to accumulate and adapt because life as a Pro is very different to the life as an amateur. Of course I feel a lot of pressure and my expectations are quite high. But it is like in nature: pressure creates diamonds!

How is a normal day in your life? How many hours per day do you practice, what kind of training do you do, and where? Life as a Pro is dominated by discipline and any success is dependent on it. I get up early and after a short breakfast I start working on my correspondence courses for school until lunch. After lunch I go to the driving range for a minimum of two hours working on my swing before I go out and play a few holes on the course. After that I go to the range again for half an hour to work on the things I noticed and didn’t like on the course. Then I spend at least one hour putting and chipping. Back home, after a short break, I do my daily workout routine at the gym which takes between 1 and 1.5 hours. Then I have dinner, relax and watch some TV or chat with my tour mates on the internet. You are still practicing at Golf Son Gual. How many times per year? What do you think about the Son Gual course today? For me Mallorca and specially Son Gual still is the ideal place to be! I come here three or four times a year for at least 10 days each stay to work with my swing coach Tim Holroyd. When I first came to Son Gual to work with Tim I was just 10 years old. To come here then made a real improvement in me and my game and up to now, for me, Son Gual still is one of the most exceptional courses I know personally. The quality is outstanding and the facilities are of the highest level. I know many very good courses around the world but Son Gual is certainly ranked among the best – a real treasure! And all the people here at Son Gual are so kind and friendly and absolutely devoted to golf. Every time I come here it really is like coming home.

ir haben Dich bereits 2013 für das Golf Son Gual Magazine interviewt. Wie hat sich Dein Leben beruflich und privat in diesen fünf Jahren verändert? Bei mir hat sich viel geändert! Ich habe als Amateur an vielen internationalen Turnieren teilgenommen und so einige davon gewonnen, u.a. das Plantation Junior Tour Final in Grand Cypress (USA) im Dezember 2013, also kurz nach unserem Interview. 2014 siegte ich zum zweiten Mal bei der Miguel Angel Jimenez Trophy in England und zum dritten Mal in meiner Kategorie bei den Oceânico World Kids Golf in Portugal. Meinen gröβten Erfolg als Amateur feierte ich jedoch beim Future Collegian World Tour Final (FCWT) in TPC Sawgrass (Florida), wo ich als 15-Jähriger in der Kategorie der unter 19-Jährigen gewann, das war schon sehr ergreifend. 2015 musste ich mich auf die Abschlussprüfungen in der Schule konzentrieren, die ich mit ziemlich guten Noten abgeschlossen habe. Und seit 2016 bin ich endlich Profi. Du hast Dich entschieden, mit 16 Profispieler zu werden. Einige Leute denken vielleicht, dass das zu früh war? Es war schon ein groβer Schritt, als ich mich 2015, mit 15 Jahren, für die ProGolf Tour, meine erste Profi-Tour, qualifizierte. Ich hatte gerade die Schule beendet und die Möglichkeit, Profispieler zu werden. Also habe ich mit meinen Eltern geredet, ihnen gesagt, dass ich glaube, die richtige Entscheidung zu treffen. Meine Eltern haben mich voll unterstützt, mein Vater meinte, dass man nur Schwimmen lernt, wenn man sich ins tiefe Wasser traut. So früh Profi geworden zu sein gibt mir die Möglichkeit und genug Zeit, Erfahrungen zu sammeln und mein Leben anzupassen, denn das Leben als Pro ist völlig anders als das

eines Amateurs. Klar spüre ich groβen Druck, habe hohe Erwartungen – das ist wie in der Natur: durch Druck werden Diamanten geformt! Wie sieht Dein normaler Tag aus? Wieviele Stunden trainierst Du, welche Übungen machst Du und wo findet Dein Training statt? Mein Leben als Pro wird von Disziplin bestimmt, sie ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg. Ich stehe früh auf, nach einem kurzen Frühstück lerne ich bis zum Mittagessen in den Kursen der Fernschule. Danach gehe ich auf die Driving Range, um mindestens zwei Stunden lang meinen Swing zu üben, bevor ich auf dem Platz ein paar Bahnen spiele. Anschlieβend geht’s zur Driving Range zurück, wo ich an den Dingen arbeite, die mir auf dem Platz nicht gefallen haben. Dann kommt mindestens eine Stunde mit Putten und Chippen. Wenn ich nach Hause komme, mache ich eine bis anderthalb Stunden meine täglichen Übungen im Fitnessraum. Danach esse ich zu Abend, sehe fern oder chatte mit meinen Tour-Kumpels im Internet. Du trainierst noch immer auf Son Gual. Wie oft machst Du das pro Jahr? Wie gefällt Dir der Golfplatz Son Gual heute? Für mich bleibt Mallorca der ideale Ort und Son Gual der ideale Platz. Ich komme drei oder vier Mal im Jahr hierher und übe mit meinem Coach Tim Holroyd mindestens zehn Tage lang meinen Swing. Als ich zum ersten Mal nach Son Gual kam, um mit Tim zu trainieren, war ich erst zehn Jahre alt. Das Training hat zu einer beachtlichen Verbesserung meiner Spieltechnik geführt; ich halte Son Gual für einen der anspruchsvollsten Plätze, die ich kenne. Die Qualität des Platzes und der Golfanlage ist von höchstem Niveau. Ich kenne viele Plätze auf der Welt und Son Gual gehört zweifelsohne zu den besten, der Platz ist ein Juwel! Alle Leute hier sind vom Golf begeistert, sympathisch und sehr liebenswürdig. Nach Son Gual zu kommen ist für mich wie nach Hause zu kommen.

He jugado en muchos torneos internacionales como amateur y gané unos cuantos. Así, por ejemplo, en los EEUU gané el Plantation Junior Tour Final en Grand Cypress en diciembre del 2013, justo después de nuestra entrevista y luego, en el 2014, conseguí ganar el Miguel Angel Jimenez Trophy en Inglaterra por segunda vez, y el Océanico World Kids Golf en Portugal por tercera vez en mi categoría. Pero tuve mi mayor éxito como amateur en Florida otra vez, donde había ganado el FCWT Future Collegian World Tour Final en TPC Sawgrass, en la categoría de los menores de 19, con 15 años, lo cual fue muy emocionante. En el 2015 tuve que concentrarme en mis exámenes en la escuela y afortuna-

damente acabé la secundaria con unas notas bastante buenas. Y por fin me convertí en profesional en 2016. Decidiste hacerte profesional con 16 años. ¿Qué le dices a la gente que podría pensar que fue demasiado pronto? Fue un gran paso cuando, todavía como aficionado, me clasifiqué para mi primer tour profesional, el ProGolf Tour, en 2015 con 15 años. Acababa de terminar la secundaria y así tenía la posibilidad de convertirme en profesional. Así que lo hablé con mis padres y les dije que creía que era la decisión acertada. Mis padres me brindaron todo su apoyo y mi padre asintió diciendo que la única manera de aprender a nadar es hacerlo en agua profunda. Habiéndome convertido en profesional tan pronto, tengo suficiente tiempo para acumular y adaptarme porque la vida como Pro es muy diferente a la vida de un amateur. Claro que siento mucha presión y tengo unas expectativas bastante altas. Pero es como en la naturaleza: ¡la presión crea a los diamantes! ¿Cómo es un día normal en tu vida? ¿Cuántas horas te entrenas, qué tipo de entrenamiento haces, y dónde? La vida como Pro está regida por la disciplina y todo el éxito depende de ella. Me levanto temprano y después de un desayuno breve empiezo a trabajar en mis cursos por correspondencia para la escuela hasta la hora de comer. Después de comer, voy al driving range, donde paso como mínimo dos horas trabajando en mi swing antes de salir a jugar unos hoyos en el campo. A continuación, vuelvo al driving range otra media hora para trabajar las cosas que he notado y que no me acabaron de gustar en el campo. Entonces paso por lo menos una hora haciendo putting y chipping. De vuelta a casa, después de un pequeño descanso, hago mi sesión de ejercicio diario en el gimnasio que me lleva de 1 a 1,5 horas. Luego ceno, me relajo y veo algo de televisión o chateo con mis compañeros de tour por internet. Todavía entrenas en Golf Son Gual. ¿Cuántas veces por año? ¿Qué te parece el campo de Son Gual a día de hoy? Para mí Mallorca, y especialmente Son Gual, sigue siendo el lugar ideal para estar. Vengo aquí tres o cuatro veces al año y paso al menos 10 días para trabajar con mi swing coach, Tim Holroyd. Cuando vine a Son Gual por primera vez para trabajar con Tim tenía tan solo 10 años. Entonces venir aquí representaba una verdadera mejora para mí y para mi juego, y hasta la fecha Son Gual continúa siendo para mí uno de los campos más excepcionales que yo conozco. La calidad es sobresaliente y las instalaciones están en el nivel más alto. Conozco muchos campos muy buenos por el mundo, pero Son Gual está sin duda entre los mejores: ¡es un auténtico tesoro! Y todo el mundo aquí en Son Gual es muy simpático y amable, y totalmente dedicado al golf. Cada vez que vengo aquí, es realmente como venir a casa.

Not only in order to comply with environmental laws, but also due to the deep conviction that golf has to be a sustainable environmental project. First of all, the areas to be protected within the property need to be determined and we must prevent damage to them through the design. The next step is to create new natural refuge zones for the fauna and flora. And we also

have to plan for an ecological watering system, and try to use less machinery’. More than ten years later Golf Son Gual fulfils the precepts of respect for the environment with different actions. The complex inverse osmosis system, with a cost of a million euros, transforms the water that comes from the outside treatment stations into potable water, perfect for ‘feeding’ the grass. Soon, to make the quality of the water even better, an ultra-filtration plant will be installed which will reduce the salinity of the water so that it causes the least possible harm to the quality of the lawn. With regard to the agricultural work, particular emphasis is placed on the aeration of the course by punching holes in it, breaking the layer of salt so that the water drains better. The lawn, trees and plants of the entire course are fertilized on a daily basis using ecological, organic products. The idea is to eliminate all of the chemical products in the shortest possible time.

Aus diesem Grund werden zuerst die zu schützenden Bereiche des Grundstücks festgelegt, die durch das Design erhalten werden sollen. Im zweiten Schritt werden zusätzlich neue Bereiche für Flora und Fauna geschaffen. Darüber hinaus sollte man ein ökologisches Bewässerungssystem einplanen und Maschinen nur dort einsetzen, wo es unbedingt notwendig ist.“ Auch mehr als zehn Jahre nach der Eröffnung wird auf dem Golfplatz Son Gual der Umweltschutz mit zahlreichen Maβnahmen umgesetzt, beispielsweise mit der komplexen Umkehr-Osmose-Anlage, die das von der Kläranlage kommende Wasser in Trinkwasser umwandelt, mit dem der Rasen bewässert wird. Kosten: rund eine Million Euro. Zwecks weiterer Verbesserung der Wasserqualität wird in Kürze eine Ultrafiltrationsanlage eingebaut, die den Salzgehalt des Wassers senkt und damit die Qualität des Rasens erhöht. Auβerdem setzt man auf Son Gual auf Aerifizierung, d.h. die Belüftung des Bodens. Dabei werden Löcher in

die Rasentragschicht eingebracht und die Salzschicht gelockert, um die Wasserdränage zu verbessern. Täglich werden Rasen, Bäume und alle Pflanzen mit ökologischem Biodünger gedüngt. So sollen in der kürzest möglichen Zeit sämtliche chemischen Produkte ersetzt werden.

Primero de todo se deben determinar las zonas a proteger dentro de la propiedad y evitar que el diseño las perjudique. El siguiente paso es crear nuevas zonas naturales de refugio para la fauna y flora. También se debe planificar un sistema de riego ecológico, e intentar un menor uso de maquinaria”. Más de diez años después, Golf Son Gual cumple con los preceptos de respeto por el medioambiente con diferentes actuaciones. El complejo sistema de osmosis inversa, con un coste de un millón de euros, se encarga de transformar el agua que viene de las depuradoras de la calle en agua potable, perfecta para “alimentar” la hierba. En breve, y para que la calidad del agua sea todavía mejor, se va a instalar una planta de ultrafiltración, que reducirá la salinidad del agua para que perjudique lo menos posible la calidad del césped. En cuanto a los trabajos agrícolas, se pone especial énfasis en la aireación del campo mediante el pinchado, rompiendo así la capa de sal para que filtre mejor el agua. El césped, los árboles y las plantas de todo el recinto son abonados diariamente con productos orgánicos y ecológicos. La idea es eliminar todos los productos químicos en el menor tiempo posible.

THE PUREST OF WATER Pures, reines Wasser El agua más pura

s part of its constant ambition to always offer its customers the very best, Golf Son Gual has invested around €500,000 in a new system to clean the water used to irrigate its course. This water comes from the treatment plant in Palma, where any odours and solid waste particles it may contain are removed first. Afterwards, the water can still not be used for the course, but is transferred to Golf Son Gual for treatment. And here it undergoes an ultra-filtration process which leaves it clean and clear. Finally, Golf Son Gual has even managed to make this water drinkable thanks to a decisive step – inverse osmosis treatment, which totally eliminates any salt residue.

The 80 best, from 20 different countries, fought for the final victory at Golf Son Gual, which earned the praise of both organisers and players.

As always, the tournament days are unforgettable as a result both of the good climate and the numerous activities held at Golf Son Gual, ensuring all the participants take the very best memory of their time here home with them, as well as enjoying a fantastic few days on Mallorca. In the 2017 tournament, which was also held at Golf Son Gual, nearly 400 golfers and 100 sponsors took part, with over 800 guests who enjoyed playing golf and the parties and other parallel events that were organised. Golf Son Gual has always favoured this initiative, dedicating itself to organising a tournament that congregates many people with a big heart year after year.

he French expert is the creator of the some of the best wines in the world. On Mallorca, he recently created the island’s most expensive wine for Bodega Son Mayol.

What attracted you to Bodega Son Mayol? I went to visit the Son Mayol estate through a mutual friend. I met the owner, took a stroll around the vineyards and studied the project. On the first night we had already agreed to collaborate over a glass of wine. My work consists of giving advice on wine growing such as selecting grape varieties and rootstocks, choosing plots of land, dates and varieties to plant and the way the vines are managed. I also give wine-producing advice on fermentation and aging methods, and on the selection of machinery. What wines does the winery have, and how many bottles are produced a year? Bodega Son Mayol produces two red wines:

Grand Vin and Premier Vin. They are coupage wines in the style of Bourdeaux. We don’t produce ‘varietal wines’, only blends, like the great wines of Bourdeaux. We produce approximately 20,000 bottles a year. Why is Son Mayol’s wine considered the best on Mallorca at present? We should ask journalists and distributors, because they are the ones who are saying this. But I believe it has something to do with the owner’s obsession with quality and the hard work of the estate’s entire team. Do you like Mallorcan wines in general? There are some very good ones, especially in reds. The future will be to produce wines that are a little more elegant. Do you play golf? Yes, I like golf and I play in south-west France, Switzerland, Italy, Chile, the USA, Spain and one day I hope to in Mallorca!

Wie sind Sie zur Bodega Son Mayol gekommen? Ein gemeinsamer Freund vermittelte mir einen Besuch der Finca Son Mayol, ich lernte den Eigentümer kennen, sah mich in den Weinbergen um und prüfte das Projekt. Schon am ersten Abend vereinbarten wir bei einem Glas Wein eine Zusammenarbeit. Als Weinbauberater berate ich bei der Auswahl der Trauben und der Rebenveredelung, der Auswahl der Parzellen, den Zeitpunkt und die Anpflanzung der verschiedenen Sorten sowie der Weinstockpflege. Auβerdem gebe ich Ratschläge zur Weinherstellung und – reifung sowie zur Auswahl der Maschinen. Welche Weine werden in der Kellerei hergestellt, wieviele Flaschen pro Jahr produziert? In der Bodega Son Mayol werden zwei Rotweine hergestellt: Grand Vin und Premier Vin, im Stil der Bordeaux-Weine. Wir produzieren keine „Weinsorten“, sondern Mischungen, so wie es bei den groβen Bordeaux-Rebensäften der Fall ist. Pro Jahr stellen wir circa 20.000 Flaschen her. Warum gilt der Wein von Son Mayol heute als bester Rebensaft Mallorcas? Das sollten wir Journalisten und Händler fragen, sie vertreten diese Meinung. Ich glaube, es liegt an der Obsession des Eigentümers für Qualität und am Engagement des gesamten Teams. Schmecken Ihnen mallorquinische Weine? Es gibt einige gute Rebensäfte, besonders unter den Rotweinen. Die Zukunft der mallorquinischen Bodegas liegt in der Produktion etwas eleganterer Weine. Spielen Sie Golf? ¿Qué le atrajo de la Bodega Son Mayol? A través de un amigo en común fui a visitar la finca Son Mayol. Conocí al propietario, di una vuelta por los viñedos y estuve estudiando el proyecto. La primera noche ya acordamos una colaboración alrededor de una copa de vino. Mi trabajo consiste en dar consejos vitícolas como la elección de variedades de uva y portainjertos, la elección de parcelas, fechas y variedades para plantar y la forma de conducir la vid. También doy consejos enológicos sobre los métodos de vinificación y crianza, y sobre la elección de maquinaria. ¿Con qué vinos cuenta la bodega y cuántas botellas se producen al año? Bodega Son Mayol produce dos vinos tintos: Grand Vin y Premier Vin. Son vinos de ensamblajes de variedades del estilo de Burdeos. No producimos “vinos de variedades”, solo mezclas, como hacen los grandes vinos de Burdeos. Producimos aproximadamente 20.000 botellas al año. ¿Por qué se considera el vino de Son Mayol como el mejor de Mallorca a día de hoy? Deberíamos preguntárselo a periodistas y distribuidores porque son ellos quienes lo dicen. Pero creo que tiene que ver con la obsesión del propietario por la calidad y el esfuerzo de todo el equipo de la finca. ¿Le gustan, en general, los vinos mallorquines? Hay algunos muy buenos, especialmente en vinos tintos. Su futuro será producir vinos un poco más elegantes. ¿Practica usted golf? Sí, me gusta el golf y juego en el sudoeste de Francia, Suiza, Italia, Chile, EE. UU., España y un día, ¡espero que en Mallorca! ¿Qué opina de Mallorca como destino para amantes de este deporte, y en particular de Golf Son Gual?
