FY25wasayearguidedbyourmissiontoenhancethelivesofNewYorkCityyouth,and Madison’sprogramsreachedmorethan5,200youngpeopleacrossfiveClubhousesinthe Bronx,Brooklyn,andHarlem.EveryMadisonexperienceisgroundedinourFormulaforImpact, whichadvancesfourkeyoutcomeareas:AcademicSuccess,Health&Wellbeing,Character& Leadership,andLife&WorkforceReadiness.
Acrossthesefourpillars,Madisondeepenedpartnerships,strengthenedstaffcapacity,and elevatedyouthvoice,ensuringthateveryyoungpersonwhowalksthroughourdoorsfinds opportunity,safety,andbelonging.InFY25,membershipgrew,evaluationresultsimproved, andprogramsexpandedthroughinnovativecollaborationsthatconnectedlearningtolife.
