enato Ratier is an entrepreneur and a DJ. He was born in São Paulo, son of traditional family connected to the foundation of Campo Grande city, where he had spent his childhood until he decided moving to California for design studies. Currently, he is sole owner of the club D-EDGE and many other business ventures, including the restaurant Bossa, which offers an audacious concept integrating a restaurant, bar and studio. His particularity is into the philosophy of managing spaces and driving experiences. The studio makes artists recording, bands tests and creates soundtracks. The kitchen prefers fresh ingredients from small producers and it has traditional recipes with new ingredients, surprising the taste, also there is a new culinary concept. The bar offers national and international drinks, as well as extensive list of high quality wines. It has been perfect for occasions since romantic dinners until parties and happy hours. In the Mediterranean menu of Bossa there are products and genuinely Brazilian elements, keeping an innovative cuisine. At lunch, there are special options every day.
