Q: What is something you want to learn how to do and why? I play a few instruments…guitar, ukulele, and piano. Someday, I’d love to learn to play the cello. The tones are unparalleled; I find it to be a very beautiful and moving instrument.

Talking about luxury, it used to be that one-million-dollar homes were luxury. I’ve been fortunate to ride the wave up the ladder, selling over 80 lakefront properties on Lake Tahoe over my career so far. My recent and highest sales were several in the $20 and $30 million range. I know, that’s rarified air; not all our beautiful properties are in this league. I love this business and the wonderful people I’ve been fortunate to have as clients, regardless of price. “Big or small, we sell them all!”. Q: What charities or community services are you involved in? Having served on numerous boards of local charities, I just completed 6 years on the Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation. Now I’m on the Chase International Foundation Board providing support for shelter, food, safety and well-being in our communities.
Q: What is your favorite season in Lake Tahoe? Tahoe is beautiful all year, but for me the most enjoyable is the end of summer into fall when temps are still warm and trees start to turn color. Summer madness – all good fun – quiets down for a peaceful transition.
