Light, citrusy, and full of fresh fruit, white sangria is a desert delight. I love infusing mine with peaches, berries, and a hint of elderflower—it’s a crowdpleaser for brunches or twilight patio get togethers.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 bottle of dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

- 1/4 cup brandy

- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)

- 1/2 cup simple syrup (or to taste)

- 1 cup sliced fresh fruits (such as oranges, lemons, limes, and berries)

- 1 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda (for fizz)

- Ice cubes

- Fresh mint (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS
