REMODEL SPOTLIGHT: Built in 1999, this stunning golf course home was in need of a transformation when our clients purchased it in 2020. Having worked with us previously, they invited us to assess the property before purchasing and discuss possibilities for a complete renovation.
Our clients desired a high-quality, low-maintenance living space, and we collaborated closely to develop a plan that would achieve this goal. By reconfiguring key existing areas for improved flow and function, while incorporating traditional Spanish elements such as arches, warm wood tones, Spanish tiles, and wrought iron, we revitalized the home’s Spanish essence. This project exemplifies how a tired space with underutilized areas can be revived to create a beautiful and functional home for its new owners.
