The Technological Research Center was a project with the subjects of “Project Workshop III and IV”, “Dry Construction II” and “Networks II”. We desing a building following a program, a maximum and minimum m2, and a lot in a specific context. Throughout the year and in the different subjects we paid greater attention to certain spaces or topics that correspond to a project, seeking to make it more complex and making it as similar to what it would be in real work life.

This project was carried out within the framework of the subject "interior architecture", in which we proposed to intervene in the Heritage building of the former food market located in the “General Paz” neighborhood with the objective of transforming it into an active and vital space for both the neighborhood as for the city.

Team Work

The project "Reconstructing from the Margin" aims to transform vacant, deteriorated areas along waterways in the city of Córdoba into green and functional spaces These lands, which have fallen into neglect due to migration to the outskirts and lack of comprehensive urban planning, will be revitalized to improve the quality of life for residents The intervention will include the creation of parks, recreational areas, and measures for the sustainable management of water resources, contributing to beautifying the urban environment and promoting sustainable development in the city Additionally, the project focuses on urban densification, optimizing land use, and encouraging more efficient and sustainable urban growth

Team Work

In the "Professional Management" course, we were tasked with establishing our architecture studio, focusing on modular architecture. Consequently, we developed a comprehensive studio manual for future staff members. Additionally, we designed a residential building on a specific site, conducting thorough market and regulatory analyses, and producing sales brochures and municipal plans.
