Safety Planning & Monitoring
Safety Planning & Monitoring
A site safety plan is the foundation for safety on a project. The safety team updates the site safety plan regularly as the project progresses to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the plan.
The site safety plan includes:
• A site-specific hazard assessment and abatement plan
• A crisis management plan
• Safety data sheets (SDS)
• Site logistics, egress, and access plans
• An evaluation of all components of the project to proactively identify and eliminate specific safety issues and hazards
A member of our project team will conduct an informal safety meeting that focuses on safety topics related to the specific job, such as workplace hazards and safe work practices. These tool box safety meetings are normally short in duration and are generally conducted at the job site prior to the commencement of work.
Subcontractor & Vendor
Our success is a collaborative effort involving subcontractors, vendors, and craftsmen. We take pride in partnering with some of the finest professionals across the U.S., each thoroughly vetted to ensure quality. Our vetting process is rigorous and includes examining company size, history, financial stability, bond capacity, safety records, legal disputes, and manpower. We believe in building strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect, and we are committed to working with partners who share our values.
