Many people don't know why they yell 'four', but Jennifer Hoffman knows why You yell it if the ball gets in danger of hitting another person Jennifer had an incident with a bad shot almost hitting a cute guy on the back side Other than that she loves golf. Jennifer said, "Golf is not really about who wins or loses, but if you meet your goal. Or even average around par." Even if they do have a bad game their coac h is relaxed about it, and will tell them to do better next time Jennifer knows he understands that golf is fun , so it should be taken that way

Jennifer and the rest of herteammates only have one real rival, which is a girl from Lincoln High School. She has been playing since she was in. fourth grade ''To average above her would be the absolute coolest," said Autumn Jay.

Betsie Walles has been playing the longest on the team "In order to do good you have to know how to concentrate It is hard at first to train your mind but it gets a little easier with every stroke, plus the team will push you to your best possible ability, " said Betsie. The girls golf team really is c lose, which is good since they have to practice every day after school with each other. They normally practice at Mahoney and sometimes Holmes golf course

1 She scored a 98 in the beginning of the season This event 1was semi-celebrated with new golf bags with a tripod, so that the girls could roll their bags along instead of having to totally catty themselves .
