Part of Northeast's heritage is the Meistersingers. This talented group of vocal artists is lead by Mr Bowling. The unique quality is the fact that the music is sung A Capella

The annual event for this group is to travel to Kansas City and attend the Renaissance Fair . The fair itself is a month long celebration However , the Meistersingers travel down for one weekend The reason the group makes this trip is the Meistersingers music represents the music of the Renaissance period

Other events this year are a fall, winter, and spring concert These concerts are interesting because not only does the group sing a certain style of music, they also dress from the period .
