Lorain Welcomes New Outdoor, Seasonal Ice Rinks

The city of Lorain has welcomed two brand-new outdoor ice rinks for residents and visitors to enjoy this winter. One is located at South Lakeview Park off West Erie Avenue, and the other is located at Oakwood Park off of Grove Avenue.

Both ice rink locations have repurposed others sports’ arenas for use during their off-seasons, including the soon-to-be fully resurfaced tennis courts at Lakeview Park and one of the baseball fields at Oakwood Park.
