How are we doing on Tripadvisor?
Max’s Last Corner Dear All, As this will be my last newsletter I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone for being so amazing during the time I have been here. I have been here for 5 and half years which is the longest I have been at any hotel, though of course we have had three names in that time. It has been a huge honour to be the manager here and I owe so much both personally and workwise to everybody here now and also many who have also been here during my time and since moved on to new pastures. The new General Manager Richard Mackie starts here on January 13 th and if he enjoys it half as much as I have done he will be a happy person. We are going to have the Staff Xmas party on January 12 th and it will be great to see you there so I can say goodbye properly with a wee drink and a boogie on the dance floor.
On November we ranked #331 but on December #315 of 1,075 London Hotels. Well done Hyde Park team. Keep up with good job

However life moves on and by January 6 we should have a completely finished hotel which will be amazing recent feedback is superb and the new rooms on the mezzanine floor are stunning , next year will be New starters tremendously exciting and a real boost to just be able to focus on Zanna Sokolovska – ‘Urban Meadow’ General Manager running a hotel and not a construction site. We welcomed a new member to the cluster sales team, in a brand new position, Cluster Sales Co-Ordinator. Agnieszka Peda moved from a reservations role at the InterContinental Warsaw to London, most recently as a Sales Co-Ordinator for a luxury apartment company. In this new role Agnieszka will support the sales team researching new business leads, updating our websites, sales & marketing materials, reports, data and administration.
