Thank you to all of you for your hard work in February. It is starting to get busier now and now heading into March our targets get more ambitious, so we all need to be ready as a team to meet this challenge. You are all central to our success and in particular looking for every sales opportunity and giving the very best service to our guests. There are many opportunities for us to make a guests’ stay special in all areas of the hotel every day – sometimes it is the smallest gesture which means so much to the guest – so please look for opportunities to “Wow” our guests every day. In March we will be holding our first CARE Meeting of the year where we will be discussing Customer Service further including, the “Make It Right” program , as well as our focus on Team Members and the Local Community . This will be followed by our quarterly CARE rally in April where we will review the first 3 months of this year together. Thank you for your continued efforts every day! Richard

Care Committee Meeting When CARE is in place at a hotel, you’ll see team members focused on being a world-class brand. Team Members continuously look for ideas and ways to improve product offerings and enhance Guest service. You’ll see people who know the importance of working together as a team to get the job done, and Team Members who are involved in addressing guest problems, finding ways to work more efficiently, and making their work environment a pleasant place for all. We are now forming our hotel’s CARE Committee – a team of volunteers charged with making sure our CARE culture is being communicated to Guests, as well as Team Members and the Community. During CARE Committee meeting members will evaluate the hotel’s current performance and potential service issues and brainstorm solutions and ways to remedy any challenges the hotel currently faces. If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity please speak to your line manager or HR today! Our next CARE Committee Meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 18 March at 2pm in Training Room. ========================================================= EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH – JANUARY
