It has been a challenging month from a Sales perspective and we need to continue to work hard to capture every sale possible, be that of a bedroom, a meeting room , or of the restaurant and to give such great service that our guests always want to come back! It was great to be part of our first CARE meeting of the year and to meet our departmental representatives who will help drive our activity in this area. Thank you to all of them! Our CARE rally is due to take place next Thursday, 10 April so watch this space for some treats in the canteen that day!

CARE Committee Meeting Our monthly CARE Committee meeting was held on the 17th of March, and its main purpose was to set goals, to identify key steps to achieve those goals, and to decide what course of action is necessary to continuously share our CARE with guests, team members, and the community. The CARE Committee listens to feedback from guests and team members on daily basis & brings forward ideas that support our CARE Culture. We are ready to Make It Right!
