Richard’s corner Dear all, I would like to start my corner by saying thank you for the warm welcome I have received here at the Doubletree by Hilton London –Hyde Park. I am absolutely delighted to be here, and feel very privileged to be working with such an excellent team.

The hotel and our restaurant, Urban Meadow, are looking fantastic and the last elements of the refurbishment will be complete very soon. Our gym comes online in the next week or so and our meeting rooms on the ground floor are now also up and running. I appreciate all the effort that has gone into to seeing the hotel through this refurbishment; it is very important that we now look after our lovely new product and deliver a high level of service to compliment it.
