Tacos and Tequila’s own recipe swaps vodka for tequila, adds an extra kick of heat with jalapeño lime cilantro syrup from 18.21 Bitters, and tops the drink with ginger beer. Named after the Mexican state of Jalisco, the birthplace of tequila, this drink makes for sweet, citrusy summer sips.
JALISCO MULE INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 ounces El Jimador Blanco Tequila 1/2 ounce 18.21 Jalapeno Lime Cilantro Syrup 2 ounces 18.21 Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS 1. Garnish with a lime and jalapeño slice. 2. Serve in a mule mug on ice.
