RESPONSIBILITY WEEK LOCATION ACTIVATION GUIDE
Levy aims to Raise the Bar in relation to the Responsible Service of Alcohol to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all. Responsibility Week is a crucial part of this campaign designed to refresh, remind, and reinvigorate our Team Member’s role in upholding our RAS standards. HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF RESPONSIBILITY WEEK • Review the daily communications • Use the contents of this launch pack and share these reminders with your teams at pre-shifts, managers meetings, etc. • Complete the required activities such as the location self-audit Additional print resources, such as posters, can be found on the Responsible Alcohol Service page of LevyDish. Where should printed Raise the Bar materials be displayed? Raise the Bar is an internal campaign for our Levy Team Members and anyone serving alcohol on our behalf. Collateral should not be displayed in any guest facing areas. All Responsibility Week messaging should be placed in high traffic, back of house areas such as noticeboards or break rooms. What are the required activities during Responsibility Week? Required activities are shared in communications throughout the week and include actions such as location self-audits and RAS action plans. What if my location is dark during Responsibility Week? Managers on site should still review all communications and corresponding collateral throughout the week. Messaging and giveaways can be shared with teams during upcoming events, even if these are after Responsibility Week. Who is responsible for leading Responsibility Week at location? Alcohol Safety Coordinators will play an important role in leading the activation and implementation of Responsibility Week, however Responsible Alcohol Service is everyone’s responsibility. All location managers are expected to participate in and support RAS activities.
