CASE STUDY | NOEL GOMEZ Noel started with Levy while attending school at Texas A&M in 2017 and has since turned his part-time college job into a successful career. Through the Keys to the future program, Noel grew from being an hourly associate to a Salaried Sous Chef. Noel goes above and beyond to ensure his team is supported, and we are serving the best food possible to our guests. Noel possess humility, grit, and the Levy spirit every day - he is the first one in the kitchen and the last one out.

GATHER & SERVE Our premier culinary connect program, Gather & Serve is an opportunity to give back to the communities we serve, while developing the culinary talent of the future. A 2-month intensive program, help us develops and shape the future of the culinary leaders through on-site paid classes and immersive hands-on culinary experience.
