Level Up Live INSIDE Partner Program Overview and summary economics
The Level Up Live INSIDE business program enables partner companies to deliver the Level Up Live Experience to their customers and guests along side their existing offerings. We look to partner with companies that offer innovative sports-entertainment experiences, services and products to the public with a focus on hospitality, corporate and social events, programs geared for youth, women and families. Ideal partner facilities include a food and beverage capability, meeting rooms, event spaces and other amenities.
The Level Up Live INSIDE business program establishes an operating partnership between Level Up Live and the partner to implement, operate, grow, maintain and update the Level Up Live Experience inside the partner’s facilities.
The INSIDE program provides a reduced upfront cost to the partner for our system and services, and an ongoing revenue share to Level Up Live that includes all break-fix service, technology updates, software updates, new content, and marketing programs.
In short, the INSIDE program shares both the upfront risk and the future upside between the partner and Level Up Live, creating a long-term, win-win business partnership.

ECONOMIC EVALUATION TOOL
Level Up Live provides an Excel Workbook that allows prospective partners to see the economics of the INSIDE partner program and model throughput, occupancy, revenue, and free cashflow specific to their venue.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
Level Up Live has a set of Standard Operating Procedures for operating a Zone so prospective partners can determine their incremental operating costs, particularly for personnel that will operate the Level Up Live Experience that their venue.
The Level Up Live Experience is delivered in what we call a Zone, which is a 2,200 to 2,500 square foot space that houses one of our complete AirSoft ranges. Each Zone includes of scores of our proprietary hit-detecting targets, a 16K resolution & 3D mapping immersive video system, touch screens, speakers, lighting, special effects, and other proprietary technology and equipment.
Zones are divided into Stations, which are conceptually like lanes at a bowling alley or lanes at a traditional gun range. The Stations can each play games independent of one another when the Zone is in “Station Mode” and all Stations can play the same collaborative or competitive games when the Zone is in “Zone Mode.” This ability to operate the Stations independently or collectively allows a Zone accommodate groups of different sizes simultaneously. This is very similar to a bowling alley where groups have one or more lanes, with separate groups at adjacent lanes.
The ability of a Zone to accommodate multiple independent groups at the same time is essentially to maximizing occupancy and customer throughput, which is essential to generating highly profitable revenue.
ACTION Zone

The ACTION Zone provides a dynamic, run-and-gun shooting experience where players move through obstacles and barricades to locate and shoot Smart Targets to score points and set times. Special effects lighting and a digital wall provide player instructions, game cues, scores and leaderboards to deliver the most physically action-oriented and competitive shooting experience available anywhere.
IMMERSION Zone
The IMMERSION Zone provides an arcade-style shooting experience where players stand at shooting positions and engage scores of Smart Targets choreographed to 180-degree 3D visual and audio environments that bring gallery shooting and the game-console experience together as never before. Competitive and collaborative games are extended to both individuals and teams.
Both Zone formats groups with the system managing queuing and promoting each player for their turns across multiple rounds of play, along with live scoreboards.

Computing overall Zone occupancy is based on the hours of operation of the partner venue and the occupancy rates as they vary by time-ofday and day-of-week. Topgolf, bowling alleys and other sports-entertainment venues use variable pricing to increase revenue and profitability during high-demand. Zone Revenue
Zone revenue is simply the number of customers per unit of time (day, week, month) and the charges per customer. The charge per customer can be achieved in multiple ways based on time-of-day, day-of-week, group size, packaging with other offers, customer type (individual, military service member, family, etc.) and so forth.
