The company closed the year with 212 deals accomplished. Brokers sold or leased 6.4 million SF and 889 acres with a transaction total of over $265 million. Not bad for a small, but invaluable team of 13 brokers and eight staff.

Office foot traffic and cups of coffee increased exponentially with seven new team members on board. New partnerships created two new industrial brokerage teams and one new office brokerage team. Overall, these additions bring more experience, knowledge, and resources to our roster of services.
