Send only High Resolution PDFs.

Terms of Payment: 30 day maximum, $ US dollars.

Supported Applications: QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw.

Use the Adobe Distiller application to generate the PDF from the native file.

No cancellations accepted after closing for space reservations. Advertising materials due in Miami, USA within 5 days after closing date.

Do not layout advertisements on display-only applications as Word, PowerPoint, MS Publisher, etc. Web pages, web images or logos are not suitable for printing. Resolution: 300 dpi saved as TIF or EPS (1200 dpi for logos/text reccomended). Do not use any compression as LZW, GIF or JPG on your graphics. Color: only CMYK mode. Graphics and Fonts: Include all linked graphics and Fonts (printer and screen) on a separate folder. Do not send RGB images. All black text must be 100% black, no color combination.

The Distiller must have this minimum settings: Compatibility with Acrobat 4.0 (Pdf 1.3).

Commission of 15% of gross billings allowed to recognized advertising agencies.

No compression in any object.

On contracts not completed, earned rate will apply.

No downsample on any image.

Order accepted subject to change in rates on notice from publisher. Advertisers may cancel or amend schedule at the time that rate revision becomes effective without incurring short rate adjustment provided contract rate has been earned up to date of cancellation.
