t's about listening to our clients talk about their dreams and goals and encouraging them when we can. Being open to their opinions, views and bonding over things we both enjoy. Watching our clients' families grow over the years. Hearing about new pets and adjusting to new home lives. Moving from one home or apartment to the next. Pictures of their weddings and discussing all the events they're attending to. Getting our clients ready for vacations and excursions they are embarking on. Hearing about dates and engagements, marriages and fiances, and, of course, falling in love… It's about listening when they feel depressed or anxious and want to vent. Letting the tears about breakups and hard times flow freely and without judgement. Coping with the death of a loved one and sick relatives, sometimes even the sickness our clients are facing. Navigating through divorces and separations. Hearing about motherhood and the struggles they are working through. Quitting jobs and starting new ones. Just hearing about life... Through all the laughs, tears, smiles and snores, this will forever be my passion. Not just the craft, but the people I get to encounter on all those "in between" moments. So, next time someone tries to tell you: you just "do lashes", remember ugly opinions usually reflect internal conflicts. Just love them through it! We are blessed to be so much more than just lash artists! We are therapists, friends, beauty experts, world changers and so much more! Lash on sistas!
