CLUB BUSINESS

During the July 2023 meeting of the Board of Directors, it was decided that starting August 1 st, there is a change in the Beach and Pool guest fees. From August 1 - 31, 2023, guests that are 17 years of age and younger will be charged a guest fee of $10 (instead of $25) during Mondays - Thursdays. Not to exceed 4 guests at a time. On Fridays-Sundays in August, weekend rate applies.

Camp High Tide 2023...what a memorable summer it has been! It has been wonderful to watch the children grow their interests and abilities across a range of activities, and to watch them truly enjoying being at camp and being with their friends.

AQUATIC FITNESS FRIDAYS

Continuing on Friday mornings through 18 August, aquatic fitness classes, led by certified instructor Barbara Argy, will take place in the Main Pool. 7:15 - 8:00 am $15 per class | Register via this link

POOL/BEACH SCHEDULE

The Main Pool, Kiddie Pool and the Beach are open daily as follows:

Weekday early morning swim | 6:00 - 8:00 am

Weekend early morning swim | 8:00 - 10:00 am

Main Pool | 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Kiddie Pool | 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Beach | 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Please note the following exception: 5 August | right-side of the beach will be closing early (time TBA) Inclement weather, swim meets and other variables can affect the pool and beach schedule. Members are advised to check the website for up-to-date information.

Members are reminded to refer to the LSC website / app throughout the month of August for updates to activities and schedules throughout the Club.

August brings us to the final two weeks of the 2023 sailing season; while our remaining time together is short, the amount of fun we will have is B-I-G! See you on the Sound!

10 August | Last Day of Sailing and Sailing Awards Dinner

Registration for the 2024 sailing season will begin in late February. 2023 sailors will have an "early bird" opportunity to register at that time. New sailor registration will begin in March (simultaneously with registration for Camp High Tide and Swim & Dive Team).

The swim and dive season is up and running at LSC! It's been so great to see so many kids come out during our Polar Bear season. The coaches and I are looking forward to a busy summer of great diving, fast swimming and lots of fun!

TENNIS DINING

A LA CARTE lunch and dinner is served in The Grille Room, the Main Dining Room on the Roof Deck or on the Main Terrace. Chef John and his team offer nightly specials Thursday - Sunday to augment the Club's dinner menu.

Casino menus have been enhanced to include a buffalo chicken eggroll, hummus, bbq pulled pork sandwich, chicken milanese and cavatelli primavera.

A la carte and casino|sbg menus, and hours of operation for August are available for viewing on the Club website Reservations, via the app/ website , or by calling the Club, are required for a la carte dining.

The CASINO is open daily in August as follows:

Breakfast | 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Lunch | 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pizza | 12:00 pm - close (Friday - Sunday)

Pizza | 3:00 pm - close (Monday - Thursday

Dinner | 3:00 pm - close

LIBATIONS
